Where is everyone? I've been on plan and having fun. I got permission from my supervisor to go workout at lunch (30 minutes) and if I need it I can take an extra 10 minutes. I can run my mile and get back to my office in about 35. It makes me feel better when I run a mile but it's better when I can add my 1 mile interval along with it. I won't take advantage of his grace because I will need it again.

How are you all coming along? It's family reunion weekend coming and I feel good about where I am.

I want to thank you all for the encouragement when I was frustrated last week. The next day I checked my measurements and had lost 2.75 total inches. So my fretting was for nothing.

Have a great day.

i'm here too believe it or not. I read alot, but don't post much cause its the same thing everyday for me. I instruct the bootcamp twice a week, do the running club 2-3 times a week and one day I do my long run. I am just so tired sometimes I don't even open the PC and we have been so busy at work I hardly have time to post.

Good new though I am officially signed up for my ZUmba Cert workshop. I can freaking wait. But that is all I got. I have been OP and I feel agood about that!!!

Brit I absolutely love shopping, always have, but more so now that i am a m/s and I can fit stuff in any store I walk into. Wohoo for you chick

Five You are moving right along!!!! WTG

Jiggle I am so proud of you. You are running a mile!!!! Does Beaka know about this??? Congrats on 2.75 inches!!

Slowly, slowly prodding along. This is really a lifetime thing. Down 1lb this week....but its 1lb closer to my goal.

Cakebatter - what you are doing is awesome. Sometimes I wonder if I would do well as an instructor and then I push it out of my mind. How did you get started?

How's everyone doing? Is the heat affecting anyone's workouts? I admit that the heat makes it hard for me to motivate myself to exercise. I've been doing more home workouts than I was before. I will be so glad when it cools down a little bit!

I'm down to 160.8 today. I'm pretty happy about that. Once I hit the 140s I start to feel thin so it's nice to know I'm getting close.

Picked out a pair of warm-up pants on sale -- couldn't decide on large or medium. Finally decided on the medium because I figure I'll get more use out of them. Tried them on at home, not expecting them to fit well. They totally did! My husband commented on how cute they were as I pranced around the house in them. Now hopefully tomorrow I'll go for a nice, long run in the forest in them. I have got to get under this 160 hump.

Hi ladies!!!! Hope you all are doing well. I am doing great myself.
Feeling guilty for not working out this morning, but I will definitely work out this evening. Does this happen to any of you? Where u feel guilty for skipping a workout?

How often do you exercise? I personally aim for 5 times a week.

Five stone: Good going, in no time you will be saying goodbye to the 160's

Matilda: We just have to keep pushing along

Brit: You have come a far way....u are such an inspiration

Enjoy your day ladies!

Brit what toning workouts are you doing? Once you get to a maintanence point you should probably just work on using weights and strenght training. I think the key is loading up on protein because protein builds muscle. Once you get to maintence you may want to cut down on cardio and stick to toning exclusively for a few months. Im telling you it does wonders. you should go to bodybuilding.com to get toning workouts. Because I go to an all womans gym they work those areas that need to be worked my shape is changing. People seem to think I lost way more weight than I have. I know its the toning that I do because I do look different and my but is just poking out more these days. Bodybuilding.com have meal plans and all that. You really have to eat A LOT of protein when you want to be toned. Its a science to getting toned you just have to be willing to put in the work because I think once you lose that is a whole nother journey lol but you can do it!!!

I do feel guilty when I do workout but I know that eating right is way more important. I try to do five days a week. But when I eat op I still lose. For me that statement 80 diet 20 fitness holds very true!
