    Im working my way back down. Today I wi at 234 not bad from the 231.4 I was at. Im starting to see that Ineed to workout on sats and sundays to keep the scale down. I normally never work out on sundays and sumtime workout on saturdays. So Im going to try very hard to commit to working out both days. Ive been in the 230s for like two months. I want out lol hopefully 9/1 I can say woopie!!!
  • I'm having some good days. I still haven't been able to get started on the slim in 6. I have clients to get with everyday after work so by the time that is done and I spend time with my family I just want to go to bed. Being hour workouts I don't have time in the am. Maybe if I start on Saturday I can pick up some momentum and will be able to keep it going. However I'm still doing my lunch workout and planks so all is no lost.

    Matilda - Just keep plugging along...you'll get there. Those extra days may even get you a whoosh.
    Loving - WELCOME!!!! Jump right in and join the party. What's your eating plan and what type of workouts are you doing. I used to live in Fairbanks so I know we are up there!!!
    Cake - That plank workout ain't nothing to play with. My goal is to get through 6 rotations no later than Christmas. I'll keep you posted.
  • Hey ya'll!!!

    Man I a great workout yesterday in my boot camp. I had everybody run suicides and at each cone you they had to stop and 10 pushups or 10 burpees. We were so tired. Then I killed the ab workout. ANd of no less than stupid amount of cardio type calisthenics.

    I got to ride my bike yesterday!!!! It was so awesome. IT was totally worth all the headache and frustration I went thru to learn to ride and get the bike.

    Well I weigh in today so wish me lucK!!!!!

    Today I wi at 232.4 thank u jesus. My low is 231.4 so as long as I dont blew it this weekend I am sure I will see the 220s. before this month is over which would mean im very much on my way.
  • nothing new on my part..still been maintaining at 160(im 159 nakie though..does that count?LOL)..wanna get into the 150's so bad.if i do good this weekend, i surely will be there comfortably by monday.i'd be lying if i said idk why im not loosing weight.this month,i plateau'ed for about 2 weeks and lately ive been having more "cheat days" than normal..but im done with all that now until i get down the 150's.i feel like even 150lbs would feel like goal to me.this past week i did great with working out and my calorie intake..its just the weekends when i go out that sometimes get me.im thinking of weighing myself less often cuz i love long term surprises


    also question ladies:do yall weigh nakie or with clothes on?
  • Brit - def cloths off every morning a lil while after I get up lol weekends are also hard for me especially if I go out omg the worst
  • Well I'm checking in today. I'm looking forward to measuring tomorrow because my clothes feel like I'm missing some inches.

    Brit-I don't weigh myself but if I do it would have to be in clothes because I don't have a scale at home.
    Matilda-It's going to be a great weekend and you are going to see the 220s next week.
  • It's tomorrow and I am so HAPPY!! I lost an inch on my waist, 1/2 inch around the largest part of my stomach and an inch in my hips which totals 2.5 inches!! I didn't loose anything around the breast but that's okay because it will come off too. My back rolls are getting smaller too. They are actually looking like hills instead of these saggy boobs!!! Can't wait until they aren't there anymore.
  • woke up this morning..finally in the 150's! 159.2 to be exact..i refuse to mess up my eating and jump back into the 160's.155 here i come
  • Awesome Ladies !!! everyone is doing so well

    Well My party was a freaking BLAST!!!! And I looked FAB!!! Then today I have been out riding. I will be out riding tomorrow as well. I got my Insanity DVD's for my day from my home girl and I can wait to do them as well as use the moves I learn to incorporate to boot camp.

    Gotta do a long run tomorrow since I haven't done one in forever!!!. I am going to suck it up and "Just Do It"

    Oh and I weigh with clothes on!
  • Cake - I'm waiting on pictures. I used to want a bike but I got too big to ride one. Now, I'm too old to be out there on a sport bike.
    Matilda - How did you do this weekend? I'm expecting to see the 220s for you this week.
    Brit - YOU LOOK GREAT!!! Congrats on the 150s. I'm getting motivated by your progress and I love your mindset!!

    I had a great weekend. I think I had too much to eat yesterday. I'm not sure because I wasn't tracking my calories and I didn't have a "dedicated" lunch I was just eating snacks. But I'm back on track today. I gotta go workout in a couple hours and I hope I'm not sluggish. Anytime I get off task my workout is a struggle. I'm still doing that plank workout and LOVING IT!! My body hurts but it's just an indication that the planks are working my abs. I'm going to be pushing that workout more because I don't want to be jiggling and in a size 10!!! I tried on my small size 14 jeans that I've been working to get in and they are almost wearable in public. I'm hoping this week they will be party ready!! I don't like the jeans and muffin top look...not sexy at all!! I'll holla back later.
  • the scale is moving along wonderfully for me. my body always does this. i plateau for 2 weeks..then the other 2 weeks, i loose like crazy and then repeat.its weird lol

  • okay ya'll I had a blast of a weekend!!! I ran my 7 miles yesterday and I may do that again today....or may be four and do the Insanity DVD's. Anyway I changed my avi but I have to wait to get home to upload the pics.

    Jiggle - you are definitely doing it the right way for sure!!!! You will be wearing the jeans in no time. Its gonna feel soooooo good!

    I am 235 Im not really upset though because my eating has been off for a few weeks. Im sticking to my plan for sept if I want to make it to onderland this year I have to be harder on myself and work a lot harder. Its the eating that I have toget back on track with. Im just happy I am at least still in the 230s. This month will be different!!!!!
  • I ran two miles again today. I'm so excited. I exceeded my goal. My goal was to be at a mile and a half by the end of the month so I'm excited. Saturday's Measuring day is looking really good!!! My eating has been on plan so I got high hopes!!
