Cake & Jiggle-

Im working my way back down. Today I wi at 234 not bad from the 231.4 I was at. Im starting to see that Ineed to workout on sats and sundays to keep the scale down. I normally never work out on sundays and sumtime workout on saturdays. So Im going to try very hard to commit to working out both days. Ive been in the 230s for like two months. I want out lol hopefully 9/1 I can say woopie!!!

Im not really upset though because my eating has been off for a few weeks. Im sticking to my plan for sept if I want to make it to onderland this year I have to be harder on myself and work a lot harder. Its the eating that I have toget back on track with. Im just happy I am at least still in the 230s. This month will be different!!!!!
