I didn't do well this weekend. My parents gave me a birthday celebration and I am sure I drank too much. Not to mention I didn't workout on lick. Well back on my grind today. i hope everyone had an awesome weekend

Well for those of us participating in the 7 Day Challenge, I had to start over today. I swear I'm going to get it together for real this week. I had way too much to eat yesterday but I did workout. I think I came in at about 2,000 calories, I didn't count anything. No good reason for it because I didn't go to a cookout nor did we have one, I was just eating.
Brit - We all have our days. But you look fabulous. Cake - This was just the weekend for it!!! I hope you had a great time celebrating!! Matilda - I'm with you just keep pushing and you will get there. I thought I would never get in a 14 but I can. Of course I can't get in every size 14 yet but I'm still pushing. Slim - Congrats on the loss. You gotta love it...almost at your goal!
Well lets make it happen this week ladies. We have goals to reach!!
Hello ladies, everyone so quiet lately. I have to keep it going because this time of year is so important for me. I want to stay on track. TOday I wi at 231 I feel sooo good because its mid week. I lose more weight during the week than on weekends so I REALLY feel confident that I will be in the 220s solid next week. Ill probably get there this week but solid next.

BTW where do you ladies see yourself come year end?????
i've been doing great..lowered my calories to about 1200/day to counteract the high calories i had on sunday...i will keep doing this until the end of this week and maybe the weekend if i can..then start back at my normal 1400 cal/day. i actually weighed in today at 155.8 but i will give it another day to say i made my first mini goal of 155.
matilda-years end i plan to be just trying to tone up my body for the upcoming spring/summer and maintaining my weight..hopefully not adding on any holiday pounds..that is what im most scared of.

I'm on track so far and yesterday went well. Been thinking about the holidays and I'm not really a big holiday eater. As long as I maintain my daily calorie intake things should go well for me.
Matilda - This is your week for anew decade. Looking forward to hearing when you hit the 220s. I will check in everyday to keep you encouraged. You will do it! I see myself in a size 10 at year end or at least very close to it. I would like to be there when I get to 1 year on this journey. Brit - You are doing so well.

Ladies, I disappeared and now I'm back. Changes since my last visit--I bc'd on July 3rd so I am 100% natural now. Also I went down a size. I'm firmly in a size 16 now.
wow cake you are a size six? I wonder what size I will be at 170-180 before having my first child I was 165 but a size 14 I have hips galore. anyhoo end of this year I would like to be in onederland seriously and at this point its very possible since today I wi at 229.6
matilda - I wear an 8 but I can fit into some 6's. my measurements are 36/29/43 idk weird i guess. I weigh a lot but I am compact (i guess that is how to put it) I hope to be in all 6's by the end of the year. I really really really want an 27" waist. and we keep posting at the same time!!!!
