Pringles huh? Now I wonder who that comment was aimed at???

Day three and no Pringles, Tim Tams, Nuts or Iced Coffee!!

Today was almost an exact copy of yesterday...right down to the capuccino that mysteriously appeared on my desk this morning!!! The only difference was the colour of the box, and the words written on it, that I pulled out of the freezer for dinner this evening!

And...I was really hungry tonight!!! So I threw in a heap of vegies too!

I'm not taking note of my calories just yet, but was doing very similar to this when I was losing weight and that was around 1500cal a day! So I think I am probably at about 1650cal just now.

Vonni! I seriously need to work on my water too! So I am going to aim for a litre a day too!

Starting tomorrow!

Long story but using the toilet at the moment is quiet a chore! No, I am not sick or dealing with any personal issues, however I am now sharing my toilet...with the cat!!! And the little bugger always wants to go when I go!!!

Ani, I saw the moon last night! I parked up near the local cemetry where it is all dark and not a street light nor house light in sight! It was awesome! The open sky is one of the things I love about this place!

Ok, that's my one calorie of rambling for the night!!

Have a good one all

now everyone tells me about this freakin lunar eclipse thing, next door neighbour told me ALL about it! I so could have looked out the window if anyone had told me.... oh well my own fault for watching the simpsons instead of the news

today, yesterday and the day before 30 mins on the cross trainer and at about 2L water and have not eaten that badly.... resisted the urge on a couple of occasions oh and walked around a bit today with over 7kg baby strapped to my front, sorting out fathers day stuff

am hoping for a little dancing carrot party tomorrow, but not going to be disheartened if i dont lose weight as i have only kick my butt into gear the last 3 days

Lindor that is so cute about your cat, one of my bordercollie dogs does the same thing if i let her inside, makes things interesting.

a good friend of mine that is always saying she wants to lose weight and fails every diet within 3 hours of starting it has been on a diet since saturday, she is so motivated and spending heaps of time thinking of ways to exercise within her boundaries in her life... she dragged her hubby out the other day for a long walk they got home at 9pm and next time they are taking a notebook and pen with them they did so much talking and planning for stuff... was so nice to hear, she is going to have an optifast or similar shake for brekky as at the moment she doesnt have brekky and goes and has sausage rolls or muffins etc with hardcore coffee for morning tea then has late fatty lunch and still has big dinner so she is changing everything and drinking heaps of water.........i so proud of her

i so know i can do it - basically because i have done it before it is just going to take longer this time but it will be worth it!

Lindor I know it's probably naughty of me, but the visual image of you hanging out near a cemetery, watching a blood-red moon cracked me up completely. You're a lot braver than me… I would have lost 20kg from FEAR if I had tried that

I've had another pretty good day. I ate 1700 calories, walked for 100 minutes and drank 2L of water. Hopefully that will be enough.

It's really stormy here tonight, and the wind is very loud. Spooky!!!

Congrats Kel, that's awesome news! Here's a carrot for your efforts

I'm still feeling sick as a dog - headache, sore throat, snotty nose and aching all over so no gym for me as I'm just concentrating on resting up and getting better.

I seem to have fallen off the healthy eating wagon this week. Not majorly but just not being as disciplined as I should be. I guess I'm just finding it hard to focus while I'm feeling so rubbish.

Last night I was in bed by 7:30pm and I suspect it'll be the same tonight.

Keep up the great work everyone - you're all doing so well!

And here's a carrot from me Onya Kel! Great head-start to the Spring challenge…

Julia are you sure it's a hangover? Maybe you're coming down with the flu, or another winter lurgy. Don't push yourself when you're sick - it's not worth it.

I've got a busy day, but I'm going to have a shower in a minute and go for a walk. I really want to stick to my goals and lose some weight this week - especially after gaining weight for the last four weeks in a row.

Have a good day everyone!

You have the flu Julia not a hangover lol. Must be there to. There's a lot of it going around her lately.

I've had a migraine since Saturday and now yesterday the other half started whinging about a headache, threw up at 3am this morn.

Came home from work at 7.30am then went to Dr at hospital. I think he told them he can't keep anything down cause they r putting a drip in for fluids. I know it sounds horrible of me, but part of me is wondering if it is all a ploy to make me feel bad about taking time for me and the nursing. He knows I need to study today and work tonight. Well no study today and I just rang work to not come in as he can't look after kids if sick. Tomorrow I have lectures and a little voice inside me is saying he will ham it up so I don't go.

Guess what!!!! I'm going. Ebony-Grace goes to daycare on Fridays.

ANyhow enough whinging.

I went to pizza hut last night and only ate pasta and sauce. and had not even half a glass of lemonade.

Today I had a piece of toast and a coffee. Water one glass so far. (washed down the panadol)

HaHaHa, I know it's not a hangover!! Geez ladies, I'm not quite that dense

I had a hangover on Sunday and started getting sick on Monday. I've decided that it must be a man flu that I've got because I'm feeling particularly feeble and pathetic

Wink

Helllloooooooooo Ladies

Sounds like everyone is kicking bum at the moment!

I, too, have been doing quite well these last few days. Carrot and celery are my new best friends, along with grainy bread.

For dinner last night, I had roo steak, 1/2 plate of greens and a bread roll. Oh yeah! This morning, I had a banana and yoghurt for brekkie, with a small handful of almonds andcashews. I couldn't resist eating lunch early though, coz it looked so tasty! Chickpea, tuna and roast tomato salad. I'm really enjoying eating healthy, tasty meals! This is fun! I'm even drinking 1.5l water a day! And, my portion sizes are normal now...eg, Kantong Sweet and Sour...we used to halve it between us (it says 4-5 serves on the jar)...the other day we quartered it and kept the other serves for dinner. Oh my, what a great feeling to control my food, instead of it controlling me!

That said, I don't think I'll check my weight, in case nothing has happened!

Will post personal replies later - my internet died, should be back on soon.

Kylie

I'm good too, ate well today and had my PT appointment. She has made me promise to go to the gym 4 times before our next session next week, so I'll have to or I'll get in trouble hehe.

Also met up with a friend I haven't seen for a few years, and met her new twins. Was so nice to see her.
