Lindor hot chips are not a criminal offence - they're just chips! I think you're doing great

And I would give anything to be able to have my dull life back. It really annoys me that rent prices have gone through the roof, and I can't afford to live on my own.

Not a BAD day for me. only managed a glass of water, but had 4 coffees. Had weetbix for breakfast (first time brekky in 4eva). Toasted sandwich on WHOLEMEAL bread for morning tea. I had a slice of sponge cake but it looked too good to miss. Had about 5 corn chips then threw the rest of the packet out, and NO CHOCOLATE. yayyyy. we did have chinese for tea but I chose sensible items not fat laden or deep fried things.

Water tomorrow. I promise i really will!

I had chocolate again, but did an hour's walking and only went over by 400 calories, so I'll do some extra cardio this weekend to atone. Alas, period will be over tomorrow so no more choccy for a month. Heh. Did drink my 10 glasses of water.

Hi everyone

Wow we can talk! Ani - wow. Oh My Science. I hope everything works out in your favour.

I went to the gym on Wednesday! I haven't been in months. Did 20 minutes treadmill and 15 on the bike. I know it's not much, but it's better than the nothing I have been doing. Plans to go again on Sunday.

In other news, you might remember that Uni group I'm involved in? Well I got elected as the Local Committee President last night wheeeeeeeeeee! It's going to bring 12 months of bloody hard work and determination, but it's going to be great.

Hey, I've also worked out that chocolate can be your friend! Kel, you're right. I buy those little expensive blocks of Green and Black's organic fairtrade etc etc chocolate, and nibble on it. It's so expensive I can't bring myself to eat it all at once!

Well done Vonni, by the way. It's so cool when you do all the good stuff. Drink more water!! Wait - drink water!

Gen, do you think PT sessions are worth it? I would love to do it, but they are so damn expensive. How is Melbourne treating you?

Will be back later

Well done President Kylie that's cool news!

Gosh, reading about all of your guys battles to drink water I feel so lucky that I love the stuff! I probably drink about 8-10 glasses at work during the day and then a 750ml bottle at the gym and another 750ml bottle at home in the evenings! I'm not a hot drink person so I love having a nice glass of ice cold water.

Didn't make it to the gym yesterday, went to the movies instead and saw Ratatouille - fantastic movie!! I really loved it and I think that everyone should see it

Working this morning then will hit the gym this afternoon. I'm going with a friend to a bodybuilding comp tonight and looking forward to that as I always find them pretty inspirational. Not sure what'll happen after that as I've promised to go to another friends party so I hope I don't lose the plot and drink too much.

Hope you all have a great weekend

GO KYLIE GO KYLIE GO KYLIE

PT sessions were so worth it for me when I was a gym bunny, at least I knew that at least one 'session' every week I would be pushed properly and then I could push myself the same the other days, I would usually make my PT do weights with me coz I was scared of over doing it and even MORE scared of underdoing it (waste of time and energy) and I cant count so would end up doing MORE than i needed to heheheehe
also a PT cardio session really takes it out of you and you really understand what you should be doing by yourself! instead of doing 30mins you do 30 mins with your heart racing and you can almost FEEL the FAT fall off.....

WATER WATER WATER, i felt like crap yesterday but still managed 1.8L water!

Hmmm… so the housemate rocks up last night with his child in tow. He tells me they're just going out for dinner and he'll be back with the rent. Right - still no sign of him or his money.

I told him last night that I couldn't do this. The kid was here last weekend, and as much as I like spending time with children, he left her alone with me for hours… and I'm nobody's built-in babysitter. When he moved in he told me he had child access every fortnight - liar!

Second chance be stuffed. Now I just have to get him and his junk out of my house - argh!

I'm going to spend all morning doing cleaning and scrubbing - just to try and do something useful with my frustration. Think I might take a day off from walking, and give my leg muscles a rest, but I'll stick to my eating plan.

Sounds like everyone is doing really well - that's excellent

Congrats Kylie!!

Def worth the PT, she gives me lots of exercises to do, so I'll be able to keep it up when I move.

Got to get dinner, BBL.

ani - how many candidates did you have when you chose him?

i went to dayspa today my first ever NONFOOD reward for losing weight, i told them i'd be back in 4.5kg! i realised today that i now dont have to reward myself with food coz no food is bad and i can eat anything in moderation, that is actually amazing to me.....

Kel there were five people who I interviewed - and he was the best by far. Scary isn't it!

I had a chat to my landlord yesterday (she came down here because I had no electricity), and she's really supportive of me. Hopefully we can get him out sometime this week… He hasn't been here since he went for "dinner" on Friday night.

Anyway, I went off plan a bit yesterday - mostly because I am feeling stressed. I ate 1800 calories, didn't walk and only drank 1.2L of water. The other reason was that it's really hard to cook when you don't have electricity (and there's no gas here).

But I'm determined to have a better day today, and am not going to sabotage myself just because my housemate is a loser.

Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.

I am going to reward myself next week NOT for a weight goal, but if I can keep a goal of drinking water. No cheating. I am going to have my supercilia waxed. LMAO. I'm putting words in everyday convo just to get used to them, but really.... Does anyone ever use that word? If I had a patient with their supercilia singed from a fire I's say mate yr eyebrows are a bit charred.

My goal for the next week is to eat 30% protein - only managed 18.9% protein this week!

Week's averages: 2248 food calories, with 73 mins/457 cals of exercise per day.

Ate too much overall, but it was TTOM and that's over, so no more junk this next week!! Hopefully still lose though, ate well most of the time, just had a couple of chocolate blowouts!

not knowing how many calories i'm eating is making this interesting, i want to be able to not have to count....... so far ok, i know when i blow it
like this weekend.... oh well

vonni, you so funny, i had to google that weird word for eyebrows just so i was sure what you were talking about... so so funny, going to have to drop it into conversation with my doc brother and see what he says......

ani - are you going to get another housemate? omg what a pain in the butt, but maybe the distraction of losers in the house is enough to make you focus on ANYTHING else so weightloss?? i hate having to focus on it to make it work well but knowing i can lose weight only focusing on it for half the week makes me wonder what i could/can do if i focussed for a whole week.....

this weekend was a shocker, lindor everytime you mention pringles i get a craving for them, and i told my hubby about craving for pringles and now i have eaten pringles.... oh well they were the new gourmet flavours....... and no exercise thurs, fri, sat or today so i suck! but i have felt under the weather.... oh well will kick my butt into gear tomorrow

feel like it is early bedtime but i have just seen it is 11pm... no enough hours in the day!

for me, I weighed in this morning and have lost another 500g. That makes my total loss 9.5kg since June

I went to watch some Bodybuilding on Saturday night and man, what an inspiration!

Went to the gym this morning and worked extra hard on my weights. Hopefully this time next week I will have hit the 10kg mark
