what a discovery! It really is important to look at the bigger picture isn't it. I think that people who have never had to fight this particular battle often fail to realise just how much of an emotional rollercoaster it is. I'm sure I speak for most of us here when I say that you are an inspiration to us all.
As for me, I weighed in this morning and am 200g down which makes my total weight loss so far exactly 5.5kg and I'm really proud of that. My goals for this week are to a) stick to my points and b) go to the gym at least 5 days, do 60 minutes cardio on my cardio only days and 40 minutes cardio as well as my weights on my weights days.

woohoo! Got to be very careful with my money this week as I'm getting a new tattoo on Saturday that is going to cost around $250.00 so no spending unnecessarily on anything else!
I am craving fatty food so bad! I was obsessed with McDonalds all last weekend ...... what I wouldn't give to be able to chow down on a quarter pounder and fries!
