patti, congratulations to you, too. i am proud of you.
melissa, we are going to get into the 180's. that in itself will be a reward, won't it?
i have a popped blister (big one) between 2 toes. i am bandaged up and will walk again today on the treadmill. yesterday's the only day i laid off cuz of the toes.
Patti, Weigh to go! Halloween Challengers--here's to walking fast and eating slow.
Was away for wonderful family weekend. Ate differently and hope it's going to be okay. Will weigh tomorrow morning to see where I stand and then have official WI at WW's on Wed. Good luck to us all.

Hi Halloween Challengers,
I was up almost 2# after being on a 4-day vacation. That's good for me because in the past I've gained a pound every day on vacation. Ugh. Today I worked hard to lose that weight and I'll let you know how I do on my WI tomorrow. Glad I've got this challenge to keep on track. Knew going away would be tricky and hope today knocked off some of the weight.
Judy
Hi Halloweeners,
I was up only .6# at my official WI at WW's, so my exercise and eating right helped knock off some of the vacation weight. Yay. I am determined to have a great week and I'm aiming to lose 2+#. Good luck to everyone.

I'm changing my Halloween goal to a realistic 185, but keeping the goal to be in size 14 dress pants. I'm refocusing and trying to get on track to be in a good place by the beginning of 2006.
Hi Halloweeners,
I'm with you guys! It's so important to set realistic goals. I weigh 211.8# as of my last WW's WI. Since I've been exercising and eating pretty darn well I think I should weigh 125# right now. Guess that's not going to happen and I get impatient. But you know this Halloween Challenge lets me look ahead and plot out where I can be if I continue to work hard. The best thing of all is that I can be under 200# by Christmas if I just do this. Thanks for your support. I'm glad you guys are readjusting your goals to something that is reachable. You've had a lot of success. Here's to keeping it going!!!!
Judy
234.6/211.8/onto onederland and thinner!
Last night when I was thinking about possible goals, I wondered if I could even dream of being in a 12 by Christmas. I haven't worn a 12 since my freshman year of college. I was 145 then, so the odds aren't too good! I would be really happy with a comfortable-fitting 14 though.
