I did it! I set a small achievable goal and almost messed it up at the very end, but by getting back on track yesterday, I reached my goal of 7# down since Labor Day. 7#, 7weeks--I'll take it and run. Usually I would bemoan such a small loss, but now I realize that this is the way I'll be able to work challenge by challenge, week by week over the next 1 1/2 years to get the weight off. Then I'll have to learn how to maintain, but that's another story for another time. Good for all of us: Eat slow, move fast!!!!! LOL
