Yesterday was my WI. I stayed the same. That's pretty good because I had a tough week and also wasn't able to exercise as much. So, in these remaining five days I need to lose .4# to meet my Halloween Challenge. Then on to Thanksgiving Challenge.
Yay! We're doing it.

Today is going to be a great day! My home scale is showing a tiny drop and I know that losing or not losing my total 7# is in my hands (and mouth). So, I'll keep on keepin' on and do everything I know I need to do to lose weight. Good luck to us all.
Can't wait for the Thanksgiving Challenge. I'm thinking it's about 5 weeks away, so 5# would be a good challenge to set for myself. Then I'll have lost over 30#. Yay!

This morning I was at 152.0, only .2 down from yesterday but I had a mini meltdown last night. I'm not sure about the 149 by Halloween (MONDAY!) but it'll be darn close! I'm working all weekend so I'll bring my shoes and take walk breaks.
well down another pound that makes 3 /5 for the challenge! I'll take it..even though I didnt make my goal I did finish teh challenge and Im happy with that.
I forgot that the other part of my challenge was to get into my 14 dress pants. That probably won't happen, but I'll wait till Monday to try them on again.
girls, you are all doing fabulously!! i still haven't weighed but i'm expecting to still be in the 190's monday when i step on that iron monster. bless it's heart. it takes a lot of abuse from me. i stomp on it then i fuss at it and stomp on it again.
kathy, i see you have a christmas goal already. good for you. you'll be at your final goal then, won't you?
melissa, i was going to set up my thanksgiving goal today but now i'm thinking i'll do it halloween. i know what it will be, though. it will either be 189 or 185. (depends on what i weigh when i set it up.)
Wow! We're all doing great. I let myself get "spooked" for the end of this challenge by not eating the way I wanted to. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and then head over to the Thanksgiving Challenge. My long range challenge is to break 200# by New Year's.

i am going to be amazed if i haven't gained 5 lbs. confession time. i had a rough week with all the socializing last week. the scales will prob tell on me.
