I'm trying the Wendie Plan to help me reach my goal faster. I may also try a rendition of a core wendie plan. I am still trying to exercise. Friday we walked almost 2 miles, yesterday I gazelled for about 20 minutes, and I'm hoping that we'll walk tonight. I was aiming for 4 times a week, which I didn't due last week (sick) but I think I accomplished that the week before. I need to keep a better log of my exercise.
i'm still walking. also, i'm doing the wendie plan. i walked 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday and will do some walking while watching football in a few minutes.
patti, congratulations on losing those 2 lbs. oh, yes. congratulations, also, for only gaining 2 while on your trip. i think that's commendable.
melissa, i'm still having fun on the wp. life is good.
DH, DP and I walked last night. Got "lost" and ended up walking around 4 miles in about 1 1/2 hours. My muscles are sore today! (Isn't that sad?) I'm hoping that we will walk again tonight, but probably not for quite so long. I'm not sure whether or not we will though, because I think DH may be playing at a coffee house. If not then we will definitely go again on Tuesday. Oh, and I was still down to 191 this morning! I'm still reaching for those 180's!!
Congrats to everyone who's walking and exercising. I can't wait till my WI this week because I am hoping I knocked off another pound. That will put me close to 4 pounds for the Halloween Challenge. Wednesday is the big day!!!! I've been counting points outside of Core and exercising, so I feel really good. everybody take care.

I weighed in today and was down another 1.8# Yay!! TJotal lost since Labor Day is 5.6#. I'm thrilled and my Halloween goal was 7 pounds. I've got some big challenges coming up this week, so I have to really be diligent so I won't backslide. Good luck to us all.
