I'm going to the gym at 3:45 today and ellipticalling for an hour because I've committed mentally to regularly working out.
And I'm attending a BodyPump class at 6:15 because I need to work on strength training and I love the energy of classes!
I already exercised today, running the newly de-iced track, dodging goose droppings (edit: on the track, not from above - that would have been an even more rigorous workout, I imagine... ), having a BLAST! Then trying my new Pilates DVD, which was... OK. I'll pledge to keep active throughout the long weekend!
