There are so many reasons women should be exercising of course, but for me, there are a few top reasons. Most importantly it make me feel good. I can't tell you the difference it makes when I'm going out on the weekend in a sleeveless shirt after a full week of working out vs. a week that I slacked. Even though obviously one week doesn't make a big difference physically...it makes a HUGE impact emotionally. Talk about a confidence booster! Then of course, my workout time of day is after work. Working out after work helps me from snacking the minute i walk in the door. Drinking lots of water during my workout helps me to feel good and lessens that starving feeling I get at about 5:30...I get home, make a good dinner, and i feel good...once again! And of course, my third reason is that when there's no pain, there's no gain. Of course I dont mean that literally, but the more you work out, you'll begin to reap the benefits. Oh, and a bonus...it can be fun! the trick is finding the exercises that make you happy. Have you tried spinning? Or zumba? talk about an hour of fun...you don't even realize you're at the gym!
