I exercised today with a fitness instructor from the gym, a weights session and then her class.

Because we scheduled our workout and are trying to be workout partners - I HAD to be there, no other way! Workout partners are good like that.

i exercised today because i was super excited to start my C25K Challenge
i will exercise tomorrow because i need to be able to do better on wednesday when i do my 2nd day, regardless of the fact that the bottoms of my feet are one giant blister..

thinpossible-I so know how you are feeling, what changed it for me is, it's just a part of my daily routine, no if-and-or buts. I need to do this for me, it really will get to the point where you will love it, Yes, you really will start to LOVE it!! {maybe I'm weird, but I really think you can, at least, enjoy it, a bit} The first couple of times you will need to force yourself to get going, and once those endorphins{?} kick in, you might just find it really is not that bad, but the secret for me, is, to not take a day off, for you it might be differant. Good Luck. Have you tried finding something that you really enjoy? That it won't be so hard, to stick too, I know for me I needed to have a couple of fun workouts to help, get me started, TurboJam and bellydancing, fit the bill for me. Next step, is just do it, don't put it off until...whatever that excuse is, put yourself on top of your list.

I exercised today, because, I found that I love that sweat-dripping, everywhere, heart-bumping, after-glow, that only a great work-out can give.

I am new to all of this and have just started exercising for the first time in my life. I have to make myself wake at 4AM to exercise, with two kids, a husband, and a full time job, it was the only time I could spare. I DON"T LIKE IT! I have only been doing it for a couple of weeks. I try to tell myself to just keep at it and when I start seeing result it will make me want to do it even more. The results are months away. And as someone else on here said I am determind to look good naked.

I am exercising today because I want to continue to build muscle (weights today) and tone up! And creating muscle helps burn more fat wooo!

I am going to excersize today because i felt too bad to exercize over the weekend. But feeling better today, i managed to get up and get in 13 minutes on the elliptical before going to work. Tonight I will do weights because i know building muscle burns more fat and makes the body slimmer and toned. And also i will do a cardio routine that i did for months at my local gym and lost so much weight with. I will be bathing suit ready by june!!!!

I actually find working out a little fun. A little...not always. I love, love, love doing my Flirty Girl Fitness videos. I enjoy doing weights a lot. Probably because it doesn't take so long!

I will excersize today...because i am dedicated to getting back down to my former body. I will concentrate on getting a good cardio workout in tonight so i can do weights tomorrow night. I will excersize today because it feels good to say that i did it.

I worked out today because I love LOVE a challenge and shoulders day. It snowed 6 INCHES! I wanted the challenge of getting to the gym in my tiny roadster. Fun - my car was a bobsled. I also get bragging rights to my workout partner who wouldn't brave it in her SUV.

I exercised today because I want the muscles that I'm working on, to be visible when the excess fat is slowly melted away

and a non-vanity one - because I work on my feet for 7 or 8 hours a day, and I'm 48, and I am sooo grateful when I climb out of my little car carrying a double armload of stuff and my knees don't hurt

fb - buddies are good for that. i have a friend that wants to come over to do the FGF dvds with me but i don't feel like i look good enough for that. lol. i'm self conscious as it is....when i get my taxes i was thinking of doing some time with a fitness instructor

4anewme - 4am???!!! holy crap. i only know what that looks like if i'm stumbling in from a night out. i know you say that's the only time you can spare but you want to enjoy it. there's no other time??? kids nap time? after lay down for bed? if you work you could do something during lunch hour?

I did my FGF chair dance dvd. i wanted to do elliptical too but daughter's nap time didn't leave me time to go. i started on the other FGF dvd but for some reason i sat down to see if i could find the fitness on demand section on my tv and never felt like getting back up. silly me!
