I did it today because it's Saturday, and that involves taking my 4 year old to the gym with me - a great example to set for him. He's enraptured by the gym, I always let him peek at the weightlifters and cardio classes before dropping him at the childcare. Afterward we celebrate with a swim!
I did exercise today, but needed to go to plan B, DH needed the computer, so the treadmill challenge has to wait until Sunday. Got in my strength training and toning. It's way too cool that I can see a slight definition in both sides of my front abs. Love That, makes me want to push a bit harder each time!
