One reason I WILL exercise today!

  • I can actually keep up with Jillian, and finish the whole workout!
  • I had a great workout, with Jillian, and for fun I did 45mins on Wii Fit.
  • Because it's much easier to keep exercising than it is to start all over again.
  • I'll exercise today because I haven't done much over the weekend and should be more than well-rested.
  • I'll exercise today because it makes me feel fantastic, and I have to get back on track
  • I will excerise today becuase I know that feeling healthier is better than being depressed and not taking control of things
  • I'm going to the gym at 3:45 today and ellipticalling for an hour because I've committed mentally to regularly working out.
    And I'm attending a BodyPump class at 6:15 because I need to work on strength training and I love the energy of classes!
  • For my health. I will do a treadmill workout for 45 minutes.
  • I exercised today because I'm really enjoying walking with my kids and am loving yoga.
  • I will exercise today, because if I have the time to surf the net on this oh-so-stressful day I sure as heck have the time to exercise, dammit!
  • I will exercise today because the scale is finally moving in the right direction!

  • I already exercised today, running the newly de-iced track, dodging goose droppings (edit: on the track, not from above - that would have been an even more rigorous workout, I imagine... ), having a BLAST! Then trying my new Pilates DVD, which was... OK. I'll pledge to keep active throughout the long weekend!
  • I already exercised today because yesterday I pretty much leaped off plan and ate way toooooooooo many sweet treats!
