I exercised today, because I got home from work in the middle of the night/morning from work and wanted to get in a quick 10 min yoga workout to wind down and relax. It worked.
OK, I will exercise today because
- too much work is not an excuse if you're procrastinating
- sore muscles are not an excuse for skipping cardio
- I want to be back in top shape come March
- I will feel better afterward!
I exercised Sun, Mon, Tues, while on vacation, and exercised yesterday and today just to see if I can challenge myself, I need to up the intensity, scale is stalling and I don't want my body to think I'm done. Bring on "Challenge Mode"
