Today is my 35th birthday and I've only recently started losing weight and just joined a gym about 5 weeks ago.
I'm going to make sure I make it to the gym today no matter what because I want this to be part of a more happy, healthful half/ two thirds/ three quarters of the rest of my life
Like a lot of you, once I get there I feel good. Sometimes not until afterwards, but I do and I have to remember that high.
