good evening! just had a good time at church this morning, just so refreshing when I go makes my week off to a good start. Hope everyone had a good sunday yourself. my calories came to 623 for today. well im off to bed so i can get up in the morning to head to the gym for my water arobics class. Oh how I love it.

Good evening everyone -- I had a fantastic day -- weighed myself this morning and I lost another lb -- 170 -- just one lb til the 160's -- YAY !!!! You have no idea how happy I am about that -- I take that back -- you guys of all people are the ones who DO understand...that's why I love this place so much !!

Then I had a great day at work -- my boss told me that I did a fantastic job today.

This makes 3 days in a row of sticking to about 1500 calories -- I haven't been to Sparkpeople yet to count it all but I know I did good...

Just a quick post again feeling alot better but Very tired....Nearly toned enough to maintain I am guessing a few more weeks will get me there...Tried on some size 2's I got at a yard sale ~New York & Co. Brand. & they fit A little snug in the waist but not bad ~no muffin top or anything~And the hiny & legs and elsewhere all fit great so I fit into my first size 2's! They was cordory pants 98% cotton 2% spandex....There ivory & Light pink & the first size 2's I have ever tried on.~I hope I keep them clean there so cute & just cost me 50 cents a pair at a yard sale & looked like new! I Adore them! I am thrilled over them! Made my day! I got a full bag of super nice clothes there for just $5.25 ~I felt like I was robbing them LOL!
Anyways..........

Amelia~Never watched it yet but I need to sounds like one I would like Plus I like Jennifer Anistons shows.Hugs*

Well, last night was a big no-no for me. I ate lots of F.F chocolate ice cream during the day, and more light ice cream at night with some other chocolate and peanut butter stuff. I think i had 4200 cal. Not good, gained already w/ more to come I'm sure. Today I finished the ice cream, not too much left thankfully. So today was about 2200 cal. Pretty bad two days, so tomorrow I'll be working hard to lose the water weight!

Good morning! going to say Lori i'm glad your feeling better and wtg on the size 2s I will never beable to wear something like that. I will be glad just to get in a 22 next, wearing 24s right now and there starting to get too big. Got a busy busy day in store so will be late tonight before I post again I would emagine. Another hot day in store today. bye for now

Well, I had a great OP weekend, which is hard for me on weekends.

Sounds like everyone had a great weekend. Size 2 WOW, at this stage I can only dream, and work out.

Ok so good news and bad news....good news....I've been counting and logging my calories on MFP for 5 days straight! So I'm getting back in the habit...bad news...i've been way over my calories . I have still lost 1.2 lbs, was 1.8 but not the best weekend, so as long as I'm counting, I know i'll make small changes. I got some new clothes for my job and omg I'm so excited! I have this week left to figure out what types of snacks I'll get at the store for when I start. I have fiber one bars, and I have to get some other snacks....anyone have ideas of snacks for me to keep in my purse and desk? It's been so long since i've had to do that...at least at school I could eat whenever I wanted to, now I can't stuff my face while my boss is talking.

Also, this week lean cuisine frozen meals were on sale for 2 bucks! So that's what I'm eating for lunches to try and gain some regularity in my diet. They are pre counted out so If I can try and do that maybe i can lower my calories and get in a better habit. Plus we will see how I do this week so I can be prepared for next week when I start on what to pack for lunches. my biggest problem is sodium! I try not to take alot in but I end up taking in double! if you ladies have any advice on that I'd love to hear it!

It seem everyone is doing well...Lori I hope you are feeling better and congrats on the size 2!

Anexia: You have come so far! and I know you can do it! 159 is an amazing number


I'm getting hungry so I'm going to make breakfast. I will be on later..have a great day ladies!

I'm on fatsecret, mostly because i love the app with my droid. As for snacks, I keep a lunch box with ice pack, if there is no fridge available, and I keep it stocked. Broccoli, carrots, grapes, kiwi, banana, apples, nectarines, yogurt, grape nuts, nutrigrain bars etc. People here laugh because I have 2 sizes of bags. One for my long days or if I make a big salad and a smaller one for other times. But heck, it carries my breakfast, lunch and snacks!

Susie - it's good to see you back! I know how you feel when you fall off the wagon. I did right as I received the TSP's and there was SO much guilt. But you will get back on track. I did. Heck, if I can get back on and move forward, anyone can. Especially you!

Down to 254/254.5 , somewhere in between. my scale only does .5 lb increments and kept bouncing between. 5.5 lbs lost in 2 weeks. Makes me giddy. Lost 1/2 an inch on my hips which made the TSP's come that much closer to buttoning.

4 weeks left in the challenge ladies. We can do this!!

So, I've had a good couple of days...the cookout wasn't even much of a disaster...yes I had ALOT of alcohol, but like I said, it was vodka & crystal lite! haha and yesterday, I didnt weigh, but sucked down the water & kept my cals low...so I weighed today and I'm at 169.6! STILL in the 160s so I'm happy!! LoL I really wanted to be 165 by this coming weekend, but that's not gonna happen! OH WELL...atleast I'm back OP and going in the right direction! I'm gonna post a pic...I felt really good on Saturday night and loved my new outfit! DH took the pic & I looked at it and was like "Wow! I actually look skinny!" and he was like "UH YEAH, You're hott!" haha I LOVE HIM! lol well click on the pic to make it viewable THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Just having a heat wave so I am stuck indoors ~did all my errands super early this morning!


Anyways...KDM~U LOOK AMAZING! I Am so proud of u! I still remember getting those emails of questions of calorie amounts ect. & SO I have always kept up with your weight loss numbers !Watching your drop these pounds IS SUPER ~U ROCK! U LOOK SUPER FAB~Love the painted toe nails too I must add! U know How I am out about That ~hehehe~And love the hair! HUGS* I think I have the same sandals/flipflops u have on! How cool is that?! Love the outfit too!(& u too of course SO PROUD OF U!)

After my partying birthday weekend I am doing the thang today. I am a little low on Calories but it's cool. I did my 1 mile run and 1 mile interval on the treadmill with no problem today. If only I had more time!! I feel like this is going to be a great week.

I'm so very excited. I have my first two clients for my life coaching business!!

KDM - You look great.
Shylah - I know you were really excited when you tried on those TSPs and saw the progress. I would get all giddy too. GO SHYLAH GO!!
JD - I usually don't consume much sodium but when I do...it's water, water and more water. It helps me with water retention. So I'm thinking if you drink a lot of water on the front and back end of the sodium intake it would be okay. But what do I REALLY know?? LOL
Lori - Glad you are feeling better. Size 2 WOW!!! You keep me hopeful!!!
Anexia - Keep pressing the progress will show up soon!!!
