Ronnie - way to go! It was slow for me digging into the 40# board - I know how you feel. I'm curious what type of exercises did they recommend? Thanks in advance for sharing.

Yippeeee! I did it I signed the 20# board, even after Thanksgiving!
Now I need to make it thorough Christmas and New Years.

Good Evening everyone....Just wanted to check in to see how everyone is doing. Good job Magnoliagirl...proud of you.

I read the ad in the paper today that MRC was offering a special if you join Dec. 19th...also they said there are specials for currrent members. Not sure if this is in your area or not, but you may want to check into it. Maybe it is perfect timing for me since my contract is up soon this month. Wonder what they can offer me since I am not close to their goal.

Should be getting my shipment from DietDirect next week, so excited that I saved lots of money. Again...thank you for everyones input about it.

I had a good weekend...went Christmas shopping and ended up just buying new clothes for me. There were some great clearance sales, so I bought some sizes that I hope to be into this spring. It is so nice not having to shop in the Plus WOmen sizes any longer. What a feeling!!!!

Everyone have a great start on a new week of losing.

It's been a good week after Thanksgiving - I WI tomorrow (have been out of town and running all week for work so this will be my first time since the Saturday after Thanksgiving)...hope to see some change on the scale because I am definitely seeing changes in my clothes - My pants are baggy and I need a belt!!!!! I haven't needed a belt in 10 years!!! Love that feeling

Hey FL, I'm sitting here enjoying the MRC Chicken Salad that you posted in Nov. Just wanted to say thank you. It's great!

Also...I signed the Thirty pound board! And....I got into a pair of Black Leather Pants that have been hanging in my closet forEVER. That felt really good. Just had to share.

As you are enjoying your Chicken/Cranberry Apple salad, I am doing the same. I went and bought more cranberries to put in the freezer so I don't run out when the season is over. I diced up celery Sunday so I can have a supply on hand. Now I have to cook another batch of chicken and get that all diced so all I have to do is throw it all together and have lunch ready for work.

Black leather pants....oh my...you must be hot (pun intended to work both ways, since I hear leather gets hot). We have sexy little black dresses, leopard print under garments and snuglies...now black leather pants....hmmm...sounds like soon 3FC's is going to have to change their name to 3 Sexy Chicks!!!!

Enjoy your lunch...I am too!!! Oh, and congratulations on the 30 pound board...feels great doesn't it?

Just checking in. I was only down a pound Satuday which gives me only 2 1/2 pounds lost in the past week. Thats ok, I am just going to shrug it off and hit it hard this week. I am going to try and up my excercise this week and see if that helps a bit. Hope everyone has a great week!! Good luck to you all!

That is wonderful. I can't wait until I get to sign the 40 board. I too am curious about the exercises they recommend. Also, why do you HAVE to do this by Dec. 21?

I also wanted to thank you for the Chicken/apple salad. I had it for lunch today and have made another batch for lunch tomorrow. Soooo good and filling. Thanks again.

Not having to shop in the plus section was one of my favorite moments while on this diet. It still feels funny to go to a shop and not go into the plus sizes. I have been giving all my "big" clothes away, but I am not buying too much right away. I still have 20 lbs to go.

What about the fiber drink from MRC, does that give us enough fiber? I hate to go out and add another product to the already massive pills and drinks I am doing.
