Awww congrats nanny Vonni

I weighed in last night and all I can say is that the past week of eating well and doing loads of exercise must have resulted in some muscle gain because I was up 700g frustrating but I know that that's par for the course when doing weights so I'll just keep plugging away at it and I'm sure I'll get a good loss eventually.

Goals for today: 1) Stick to my points 2) Do 40 minutes cardio at the gym tonight.

Have a great day everyone.

Thank you everyone. I am so excited. I have like 60 photos already

Ok gory details. For those that DON'T want to know.......... look away hehe

They were over for dessert Sunday night. She looked at me burst into tears and said - When will it be over, I'm so tired (she had niggle pains for a few days). I said to her BF once you burst into tears like that it's usually time.

Sure enough 4.07am I got a phone call............."Mum I'm pretty sure my waters broke, what'll I do?" I jumped in the shower and meanwhile her BF rang in a tither saying couldnt find hospital number. So I rang the midwife to let them know we would be up when pains got closer. Then I went over to their house (his mum came to).

We went to the hospital about 6.30am.

She had the baby at 12.35 with NO pain relief. She was so well prepared. They went to antenatel, and watched hepas of austar birthing shows and read so much. They had a birthing plan drawn up which was like a text book lol.

She relaxed well and nanna napped between contractions and pushed for only 10 minutes.

Mother and Baby and a sore Daddy (he held her up) all doing very well. Baby feeding well too.

Nanny Von very proud of all of them.

That's really cool Vonni, I'm glad it all went reasonably smoothly. You'll be excited to get to know the little one. I'm sad that my sister now lives in the north island as I don't get to see her as much. However, I'm going up again in a couple of weeks and will be able to see my new nephew for the second time

This morning I was up at dawn's crack. Went to the gym and did a hard weights circuit with my trainer followed by an easy 20 minutes cardio. Sadly his prices have gone up to $50 a session which I think is extortionate but he's great at what he does and I've decided to stick with it for a while longer.

Did well and met my goals yesterday. Goals for today are the same: 1) stick to my points and 2) have a good workout at the gym and that one I've already done!

Have a great day ladies.

Where is everyone?

Yesterday was okay. Went over my daily points allowance by 5 points and I think it was probably because I went to the gym in the morning and the evening seemed longer so I nibbled more than usual.

Goals for today: 1) Stick to my points 2) 40 minutes cardio at the gym tonight.

Hope everyone's okay!

i thought that if i paid my trainer heaps then i would not overeat thinking that it was a waste of money to go and pay heaps for exercise and then screw the weightloss thing with eating badly - didnt seem towork but am working on it

BAD BADBAD BAD news - the worst possible thing that could have gone wrong has........... i have lost the whole family's passports
we fly out on saturday morning early
