Must be something in the air with the not sleeping well business! I am pretty beat myself. My oldest is waking to pee -- great because it means he isn't sleeping through it and could be out of the 1 pair of training pants/day he uses but dang I would like to sleep through!

Wayward - so glad people are noticing. makes the hard work and dedication feel even more worthwhile =) Great job!

Wish I could say the same. I told them today I wasn't coming back, so today was my last official WI. I am down a total of 11.25 pounds in 5 weeks and mayyyybe 6 inches TOTAL if I am being generous! I had a .25/lb drop since last week and no change in measurements. At all! I find that amazing -- the calorie deficit alone should have yielded a greater scale drop one would think! Anyway, just goes to show it is not tha predictable! Anyway, I am going to continue on in a sort of incomplete Phase 1 / 2 with alternatives and real foods as much as I can and hope to get the last 5 pounds off. I am also increasing my workouts each week again!

Thanks for any advice!
Do not be alarmed. the book says on average women will lose 8-10 LBS in 3 weeks.

Wow - super quiet here today! Where is everyone?

Wayward - I took the Jekyll out today. I need to take Bike Riding 101 at this point, but I did 6-7 miles after dinner. felt great . . . can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow (as I didn't wear the appropriate shorts for biking!).

Very quiet here today, I went rock my new bathing suit again, I am getting quiet a tan....lol. Then I went to my son's work to talk to him for a while, he works at a car wash so I washed and vacuumed my truck while I was there. Then came home cooked dinner for him and for myself and now here I am for the night

Sorry everyone..its been a looooooong and very horrible day..It started with being up till 2:30 am from drinking to many practice espressos in the cafe..got to get it right..then when i calmed down off the buzz of the coffee i went to bed..and had to wake up super early for a job workshop..nothing like sitting in lectures all day...Then i got home and had a great fight with my fiancee...then i ended up quitting my job after said fight over the premise that i apparently suck at parenting and life sucks for my fiancee cause im never home and always at work...so after quiting one of the only positive things i had in the community going for me..fiancee proceeds to tell me im an idiot for quitting my job and why the heck would i quit??? (der! i dont understand men!) So after a big long discussion, a good ol sinus infection continued and a crying cranky girl from her 1st year shots...it was a **** of a night..which is why i ended up snarfing down like 5 donuts, 3 pastries, 1/2 a pizza and several cookies..Need i say more?

Im not making excuses for myself.. i know i have issues with emotional issue and im still trying to work out the kinks of how to deal with emotions better..ive never been good at it..and while i did give it a brave attempt today at starting over on day 1..i failed..it started with a horrible chocolate raspberry protein shake BLAHHHHH!! and then ended with 5 litres of water downed and still feeling hungry...then came the emotional overload which could have sent me to another planet.. i cried so much in one night..Its the kind of night that makes you ask the question "WHY ME..WHY DID I WANT TO BE A PARENT" and when we finally come back to earth, we realize why..when we look at our darling daughter sound asleep curled up like a little turtle in bed..

Needless to say.. im hoping for a better day tommorow.. i think i will do myself a favor and check in earlier before the emotional breakdown..so i can save myself from eating no no foods.

Sorry Port, that sounds terrible. Miscommunication in relationships can wreak havoc on us and them. I hope today is a better day!

I am getting really tired of fluctuating wtihin the same 2 pound range. After nearly 2 hours of exercise yesterday, I was so hoping to finally see a drop to 141, but no luck. I was actually UP to 144 again. Really?! I don't understand. Each week I eat net calories that should result in a 1-2lb loss. How can I not actually be losing?! I have 6 weeks to lose 8-9 pounds . . . the weight needs to start coming off!!!!!!!!1

Haha Wayward.. I need a good ol slap in the face..lol.. No.. i feel better today.. i started off on the right foot..I decided to start off with a high protein whey shake to try and keep my blood sugar stable longer..and decided to start taking the blood sugar meds my doctor prescribed just until my blood sugar levels out properly again..

Thankfully God took pity on me and my scale did not fluctuate in spite of my big binge last night..Praise God!. So im back on track and on a roll.

Hmm..well your losses will be slower due to being closer to goal..but have you ever thought that maybe your body has hit its natural set point weight??? maybe it just doesnt want to move at all..Post a sample of your daily diet..or a few samples so we can see..

Nah, I think I could retain a bit of water due to working out but it was cardio, not weight training and that usually results in a bit of a drop for me. I don't think this is my set point, as I have been lower, but it will be a challenge. I have some hormonal issues going on and just started on estrogen, so I will be curious to see how that affects me (if at all) and I had more diet soda and WF products so that could have an impact. I know there are so many variables and I get that not every day/week will bring what is expected but a prolonged weight loss hiatus is, of course, not what I am going for!!

Wayward -- you didn't pat me on the back for riding my bike?!! You must've missed my post. New found respect for you getting on that bike daily. I am a bit, um, saddle sore after 1 ride!
