Thanks. The birthday party was a great success. The kids (and adults) all loved the cake. I took two tiny bites. It was really sweet. I change my profile pic. Yes, that's me in a bathing suit handing out cake. WOW! How times have changed.

Pxlkitty great job on the cake, that is my one weakness, I am glad I don't have to bake unless I want to... I bake for work but I love cake with a good butter icing... Your new avatar wow, you look really good... and brave I couldn't "still" have my picture taken with a swimsuit on... not that I have one that fits... I guess now would be the time to look for a new one.

Minewgoal - I think I will probably be on phase 2 until I am at 100% as I started phase 2 at 80% to my goal I have still 20% to go, I think if I stop losing in phase 2 my coach will either get me to phase out or go back to phase 1 but I am going to reach my goal... I also wanted some buffer room before I went to phase 2 but it didn't happen and now that I am losing again, I think that is what matters most.

I changed my profile pic again today... I liked this one better. It's more artistic and I'm not staring at my own thighs... Definitely go shopping for a bathing suit - IF you can find any. I saw winter coats and Halloween candy last time I ventured to a store... WHAT?!@?
As for Phase 2, I am not going there until I'm completely 100% at goal. I'm going to do it for one week (I've heard so many stories about being hungry, feeling deprived) and then swap to Phase 3. I'm glad that you are losing again. I think sometimes our bodies just freak out and wonder what has happened. So much weight gone, so quickly... We definitely need to recover a little.
I'm trying to not get too frustrated these past few weeks. I know that I'm building muscle, but the losses are slowing down a lot. I have to admit I partially have myself to blame, with a few cheats after coming back from vacation, and I wasn't perfect on vacation either. Oh well, in the end it won't matter and I'm really glad that I tried the cake that I worked on for 12 hours!

So far I am happy with Phase 2 (even though I thought it was temporary, who knows) I do find on the weekends I miss my herb omlette at lunch so had it for breakfast, just not the same without the veggies added in. I love you new pic, did your husband take that one too? He is very good. I get the slowing down and know the last bit takes a while, and maybe I am just impatient but man, fat can you please go away now.
With your busy schedule I don't know how you find the time to exercise, I am just going to have to make more of an effort than walking the dogs... get off my butt and move...

We discovered a portrait tip. If you look up, your wrinkles all go away. Then you can rotate the image and it looks like you aren't looking up. HA! This was a total fluke. We took lots and lots of pictures before we got ONE good one.
As for exercise, I have been signing up for classes. I have decided that my IP money will be diverted to pilates once I'm done, so I'm starting the transition. Someone expects me to be there... then I am there. No excuses. I still need to do more, but for now I'm doing as much as I can. What I NEED to do is sit-ups and crunches at home, but I'm terrible about that.
Over the past few days, I've begun to see the last bit of muffin top start to disappear. I am SO excited I can't put it into words. I am at work in a cute size 6 skirt that was really tight when I first bought it. Today I noticed the static, not the tightness. YAY! I really still have another 5lbs of fat to lose, but I think the muscle toning is going to help the most over the next few weeks.

I am real happy for you...that is great. I am the same way once I sign up for something I am there. My problem is mon, wed and thurs I have after work agility and stuff so tonight I am going to try to do some dvds and maybe on the weekends get in some aquasize or something. This weekend probably going to Montana to see my sister, so she can say goodbye to my old dog...
I have been there and it is hard, very hard, they are our family. Remember that you gave him a wonderful life and they love you as much as you love them. I had a breakdown after my last one was killed. (The one in my avatar with the pink slipper) She was a rescue and we spent $7000 over 3 years getting her healthy and she got away from me and thought it was a game, jumping and running and ran out into the road in front of an SUV. There was a Trooper behind the car that hit her and he ran towards me and got me away from the road, he called a back-up, so he could stay with me until my husband could make it home. He was a sweetheart and said he has had the "heartache". I just couldn't shake the loss and went on anti-depressants for awhile. I still have nighmares about it, she was my buddy, for sure. My heart goes out to you. tear running down my cheek.
