Hello~This is not a good day. I was up until after 6am this morning with a stomach ache. I took a sleeping pill so I might find some relief. I woke up at noon. I am trying to drink some Crystal Lite. If this cramps me up I am going back to bed. I am afraid to eat anything for fear that I will be back to where I was this morning. I have no idea what caused this, I ate nothing that was unusual or different than before. I must have something else going on. Everyone have a great day. I will catch ya all later when I feel better. Everyone~Thank you for the kind words. I still have a lot of gas, but it is better than yesterday! I think I can do a workout today. I am going to to take it easy with the eating. Hopefully by tomorrow I will be back to myself again.

Morning all. Life has been hectic. Today I am taking time for me, I am having my first facial ever. I have an appt after work.
I am stuck at 147 but I am trying to push thru it. Still trying to get to 140 by the end of the month, but will still be ok with being closer to 140 than 150.
I miss the ladies that started out with us too. Anybody seen Tapping Peony or Whoopsie or 36 or Betsi or any of them? I wonder how everyone is doing...

I'm doing good right now. I did a lot of walking yesterday... I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in! I LOVE seeing a loss from the last week - and now I'm closer to #170s then #190's!
MM - life is REALLY hectic here too... it sucks! I'm taking a 1/2 day today from work. I have a Dr. appt. this afternoon - but I'm going home before hand and taking a nap and snuggling my Fiance. Only 2 weeks and 2 days until the wedding - I'm SO excited!!!
14 weeks! OMG! I have to get going! That month of being stuck really screwed me up! Now I have to lose #1.6 every week from here on out! I know I CAN do it! I have to make it real this time!!! Let's really push the next few months and all of us can hit our goals!!!

Anyhow - I lost #4.2 this week! I know a lot of it is stress - but my eating's been COMPLETELY on!!! It was SO nice to see something lower then #185!!! This morning - #183.2!!! better start some sale shopping - this girl's gonna need new sizes SOON!!!
Oooh, shopping is so much fun! It so funny, because it's not like I've lost a huge amount yet, but I just feel so different. For the first time in a long time, I care about how I look. I'm interested in shopping, getting my hair done, etc. It feels so good!

I had a loss but I lost it. lol I'm holdin onto some water right now so my scale is not my friend. I'm still hoping for a Christmas miracle where this weight of mine is concerned.
