CARISSAAAAAA -- OMG WAY TO GO YOU'RE ALMOST IN THE 170S!!!!

official weigh day is today - 188.0!!!!! Which means I have lost 10% of my body weight... and I'm only 7 lbs away from my lowest weight in March of last year.

I'm so happy to be back on track. 170s here I come!!!!

Wow getting back under 180 was hard. Over the past year, I flirted with it three times. My scale at home continues to say 180-181 and I can't wait until it reaches 179, but the more accurate scale at the YMCA read 178.2!

carissa - thanks for the quote! when i move into the basement suite all by myself in about a week or 2, i'm going to write that out nicely and put it on my fridge, along with other quotes to keep me from going in there!!!!

anyway, official weigh-in, and 189. i'm baack

i've noticed my body has a 'pattern'. i lose a few pounds, then bounce up 1 or 2, and then after a few days of REALLY being on track, i go back down. oh well...

anyway, Sunday is Easter, and i'm Greek, so that means lots of food. that'll be my off day (too much calculating!) but I want to hit 187 by then (i'm fasting so no meat this whole week) soo hopefully i get to see it... and i DONT want to go back into the 190s. i'm gonna use yesterday's mood (disgusting/upset/sick to my stomach with myself) to prove to myself that i DONT want to go back there, so to always second think of what i'm about to put in my mouth!

So frustrated. I've been "peeking" early and checking out my weight and it is either stagnant or up a little less than a pound. I do not understand. I am eating a bit more; however, I am ALWAYS hungry, which I think has to do with our increased practice work load. Not important though. Grrr....I think I'm just going to set rules and if I'm hungry beyond them, I'll just deal. lol. I do not want to see 185 ever again. Especially because it was so hard to get down below.

Well, I guess I'll go ahead and join this thread! I'm at 187.8 today. I hit 189 a little over two weeks ago, and due to some hormonal crap, have pretty much been there since then. I don't expect my weight to go down anytime soon (TOM should be here any day), but wanted to go ahead and get in this thread. I feel like I've been in the 180s forever. Hopefully, once TOM comes and ends, I'll get out soon!

you know whats really annoying? doing everything you can to stay OP and still moving up on the scale.

thurs-180.2 (stayed within cals & worked out)
fri-180.8 (stayed within cals, no workout)
today-181.0 (WTF.)

the weekends are always so SO so hard for me.. and I did really good not eating ANYthing from sonic last night except a sweet tea... all just to be let down this morning.

Stay with it Carissa, the scale will surprise you in a couple of days. You'll be in the 170's in no time

Also, congrats Feral!!

I've been off this thread for a while because I put on a bunch of weight while I was away from early feb to early march, but I've managed to get rid of it all, I've been 100% on track since monday and I've been under 190 for two days straight so I think it's time to start posting again

I don't want to post my weight until tuesday because I'm hoping to push a little further into the 180's by then, but it feels great to be back
