I've been really dragging through the past 2lbs it seems (but actually really not if you go by the lose a pound a week deal, which is supposed to be the healthy way to lose weight - guess you just get used to those big weight drops!) but honestly I have to hold myself accountable for it. I really haven't been super strict on myself the past few weeks. My grandma, who I take care of, broke her foot a month ago and between the insane stress of watching her 24/7 and working (and thus having to find babysitters) and then doctors appointments and stuff... yeah, definitely been eating out a little bit more (almost always with her... on doctor appointment days, I get so little sleep after my midnight shift that I just say to heck with it, we're goin out to eat)... and yeah. Nottttt so strict on the diet. Yet my scale still INCHES down. Barely, but it is. Guess those 4 days on strict plan still make somewhat of a difference.
Still... I need to get serious and tighten my belt!!! I want to get to those 170's!
