I wouldn't worry too much, drink some extra water and have a slightly lower points day than usual and you'll be back where you started. It usually works for me after a minor slip up
Wow. I was 185.7 this morning...and really surprised. Friday night I went to a party and drank an entire bottle of wine, plus some other mixed drinks and some whiskey....and then I had a big easter dinner the next day. I was expecting to be back to like 190...and it turns out I actually lost some. Awesome. =D
Of course, I had pizza and chips and dip for dinner...so I probably just gained it all back but whatever. I have a paper due in 2 hours that I haven't started...so I didn't have time to cook real food. Oh well.
That's always a nice surprise. Good luck with the paper. I know how that goes. Procrastination always seems like the answer but...yeah. I was not so lucky as you. I had kind of...really...bad week. My poor eating for the past few weeks has finally caught up to me. I am now up to 185. TOM is coming this week and I have set the goal of 2 lbs for this week, even though I will be weighing during TOM. Its time I got serious. This month I am going to lose atleast 7 lbs and will be 180, something I haven't been in ages and then it'll be sub and total quality. Yes, party time. Now? Well, now I must put in the work.
Mannnn... the 180s are going to taunt me. This is why I don't weigh every day. Yesterday I was 189.5 today 190.5. There is no way I gained a lb overnight....
I'm ready to be at least mid 180s.... not to mention I behaved on Easter! *hrrrrumph!*

Don't get too hung up on the scale Feral, I weigh everyday but take it with a pinch of salt, the only weigh in I really care about is my weekly one. Also well done for behaving on Easter, I can't say I was that good, a little too much champagne for my liking, but it was good
I'm super happy that I weighed in at 188.8 today, so I'm calling it 189 and hoping for another 2lbs this week. Fingers crossed and good luck for the rest of the week ladies
Everyone is doing really well...and Feral I'm sure the weight will come back off easily. It's probably just water weight or something. lol
So that pizza, chips, and dip for dinner last night did me no good. 186.7 this morning. It's not a huge gain though, so I know I can get back on track and lose it quickly. The only reason I even ate the pizza is there was no food in my fridge, I lost my wallet and had no grocery money, and my parents offered me some. I found my wallet though so it's all good now...lol.
Yeah so this morning was 183.6. I really think I need to watch my water over weekends. Anyways, did something bad today. After a very tough day and after doing a 20k on the erg, I decided to eat candy. 620 cals worth of candy. Well, seeing as it is lunch time, I'm going to call that lunch and then drink my coffee in the pm and have a veggie based dinner. Clownery. When will I learn? I was just complaining about weight stuff and then there I go. Two candy bars. Luckily, that can fit in my calorie allowance; however, if I could have gone without it, I could have been 620 cals less for the day. Damn you empty calories!

Feral - ugh, isn't it so annoying to stay OP and still have your weight fluctuate? don't worry about it though.. you know it'll change for no good reason at all. you're doing great!!! OH AND A BIG FOR YOU for saying no to the chinese (I'm a sucker for it too)... you flex that self control muscle!
