anyway, official weigh-in, and 189. i'm baack
i've noticed my body has a 'pattern'. i lose a few pounds, then bounce up 1 or 2, and then after a few days of REALLY being on track, i go back down. oh well...
anyway, Sunday is Easter, and i'm Greek, so that means lots of food. that'll be my off day (too much calculating!) but I want to hit 187 by then (i'm fasting so no meat this whole week) soo hopefully i get to see it... and i DONT want to go back into the 190s. i'm gonna use yesterday's mood (disgusting/upset/sick to my stomach with myself) to prove to myself that i DONT want to go back there, so to always second think of what i'm about to put in my mouth!
