i've had a little time off from 3fc.. with easter and fasting, then easter and feasting, i didn't wanna count/weigh myself. anyway, today was official weigh-in, and looks like i'm between 188-189! so i maintained it from before easter

going full mode back into counting calories on saturday! (friday is aunt's surprise birthday at a greek restaurant!!) i'm hoping to see 186-187 by next friday!
i've also started doing jillian michael's
30 day shred and the first day, i was sore for 2 days... but i did pilates the day after my first 30ds day, and it helped a tad.. so i did it again yesterday (after one day off) and today! and not as much pain

maybe within 2 weeks i'll be onto level 2 of the 30 day shred!
