change - dont be discouraged!! 180-181 is SO CLOSE to 179... just be patient and keep working hard, and you'll make it!!
This morning I weighed 181.4, then I weighed 179.8 three times in a row. So I'm counting it! I'll stick around here until I'm for SURE out of the 180s... but I'm right on the brink of the new decade!!
Kuhrisuh- Thanks I'm really wanting grilled chicken salad so i just need to carry that craving through vaca. I already know a couple places we are eating so i'm looking on their menus for yummy healthy choices.
184.8. My body really like jumping around. Very sore this morning though, as my coach has been working us like slaves. Anyways, hopefully water retention. I hope everyone else is doing well. We'll get there!
Hello ladies! I'm new-ish (haven't been on in a lonnnng time), but thought I'd drop myself into a thread. I am 181, which can very well change to 179.8 tomorrow.... but considering i've spent the last 9+ months going anywhere from 180-185, it looks like my major issue is getting out of the 180s for good!
Plan to stick to: 1) exercise of course 2) monitor eating 3) throw out easter candy!
To all those that are losing - WOO HOO!!! way to go!
To those that are not having super success - Hang in there and never forget what you have accomplished already!
Congrats prepping bride! I know how being in one group feels like forever. I know I was in the low/mid 190's for what felt like a good year and a half. Now I'm stuck in the 180's but its lower than I've been and progress has been relatively linear with a few exceptions. Good luck and you'll be out of here in no time.
i've had a little time off from 3fc.. with easter and fasting, then easter and feasting, i didn't wanna count/weigh myself. anyway, today was official weigh-in, and looks like i'm between 188-189! so i maintained it from before easter going full mode back into counting calories on saturday! (friday is aunt's surprise birthday at a greek restaurant!!) i'm hoping to see 186-187 by next friday!
i've also started doing jillian michael's 30 day shred and the first day, i was sore for 2 days... but i did pilates the day after my first 30ds day, and it helped a tad.. so i did it again yesterday (after one day off) and today! and not as much pain maybe within 2 weeks i'll be onto level 2 of the 30 day shred!
Thanks Carissa for your encouragement! It happened today! I am so excited!! I weigh myself three times a day (morning, afternoon, and night) it is what works for me and I average for the day. It helps me see the weight fluctuation and I don't get worked up about a pound or two here and there. This morning I woke up and it was 179.8 on MY scale (the one at the Y is more accurate and registers about 3 lbs lighter). And then after working out, mowing the grass, and eating lunch I registered 178.8. I am just thrilled!!!
Because of the way my shoulders are shaped, I have a hard time with bra straps so unless it is a special occasion I wear sports bras. Today I decided I was going to wear a skirt and a cute top...thus I needed a regular bra. I picked one that I like from the bottom of my drawer, put it on...it was too big in the cup. After getting married and gaining 30 pounds I had to buy 36C, I was exploding out of my B cup...it was quite the sight. So since my C cup had a bit of extra room, I searched again to the bottom of my drawer to find a 36B. Guess what--it fit perfectly-no exploding out of it. There wasn't even any fat rolling over the strap. It fit perfectly on the back (smallest) hook! What a great day!

missyRxOx - congrats on maintaining! that can be hard especially during holidays. i have the 30 day shred as well and my plan is to do the whole thing through this summer (i wont be able to go to the gym at my school anymore). I did do it for awhile and it was TOUGH!!! I've still never tried level 3, I'm nervous!

So still at 184. Well, 184.6. Still very sore and I can tell TOM is about to start. Plus, calendar says it will on Saturday but I always feel huge right before my period. Massive fat days. I guess its bloating and my fingers are super swollen. a ring that fit comfortably on my middle right hand finger just 5 days ago barely goes over the knuckle. Annoying. I hate PMS. I just always feel horrible about everything I do. 2k test tomorrow, another painful thing. But I want to do very well. I should probably stop telling myself its painful.
180.4 last night after dinner...178.8 this morning-a couple more weigh-ins and I will see you ladies in the 170 forum (you will be joining me there soon!)
weighed in today at 188 i've been eating 1500 calories, but decided i'm going to try eating just 1400 for a few days then jump up to 1500 then go back down again... i seem to lose weight in that range, and this way i wont stall as much!
carissa - yeah, my first day on 30DS was TOUGH! the next day i was in so much pain (the day after too) but i kept stretching throughout the day, even did pilates for buns and thighs and then took a rest the day after pilates.. then i did 30DS 2 days in a row because i don't feel the pain anymore it was tough but for some reason my body adjusted to it pretty fast.. could've been because i had to do a lot of those workouts during kickboxing back in the day!
missyRxOx - the pilates was a good idea.. i need to try that. i've always wanted to take a kickboxing class!! i've never been able to find one around here, but hopefully if i get to join a gym this summer they might have one
well yall, i hate (LOVE!!!) to say it, but i think it's time for me to move on to the 170s thread!! Wednesday, Thurs, and today have all been in the 170s, though the high 170s, its still the 170s nonetheless! Today was 178.4!

After going up and down all week (*shakes fist at sodium*) I'm back to 188 today. Hopefully I'll be down to 185 by the end of next week.... slowly but surely.
