Weighed today. Was anticipating a huge gain, seeing as Spring Training food was bad, bad,bad and I hadn't weighed for two weeks. Well, only gained .6 lb....I'll take that. I'm still at the lower spectrum of weight that I've been at. This week, I will get down to atleast 180. something. It will happen.
& redliss7, I know how hard it can be to stay on track whenever schedules change/I'm doing anything out of the ordinary.. so that's awesome that you practically maintained!
I woke up this morning and was 181.4! It's the lowest I've been since starting, and I hope to be in the 170s by this weekend (I just started working out again after having my TOM and have been losing lots of water weight). Would be nice to be in the 170s by the time I start Chalean Extreme on Sunday.
I went a little overboard celebrating that I got a new job, and now i'm back up to 188.8....but that's OKAY because I am still in the 180s and not back in the dreaded 190s that it took me SO LONG to get out of....and hopefully if I get back on track today I can kick the 180s to the curb =D
This morning I was 188.9, which was a disappointment because I thought I did fairly well yesterday and I was expecting a small loss. I guess I need to get back into the habit of calculating every single little point for every single thing I eat. I know that things will get better once I start this new job at the day school though...because I won't have time for fast food anymore! lol. Smart Ones and string cheese for me! lol
