I know what you guys mean. I keep staying around 181 for the past... 4 days now? I know I'm retaining water because my TOM should be here within the next few days. It's frustrating to be stuck right at the cusp of the 170s but it's ok. I'm ready for my wooosh into the 170s

I weighed in...and after eating so well all week (not over 1600 cals per day, on average 1400 cals) and even watching my sodium and making sure to eat healthy veggies everyday I actually GAINED .8 of a pound. What the heck?!? I hate saying this...I feel like I shouldn't have to say this after working so hard (I REALLY WANTED THOSE GOOD RESULTS)...but I guess it was just STUPID WATER RETENTION or something. BLAH! Sorry for the rant, but I'm mad. I'm going to keep going though. -sigh.- Today after weigh in though I was like...Im going to Qdoba dammit. lol. Don't worry, I didn't over eat or anything I mean, the sodium was probably waaaaay over my limit, but I was good on calories. I dont *think* I'm limiting my cals too much...but maybe i am. Maybe I should up my cals to 1800? I dunno. I am gonna start exercising more though. Like right now! See ya guys!

And this weekend is "Sydney's Ultimate Exercise and Eat Healthy Extravaganza!" All weekend...from Friday to Sunday. Ill have access to a treadmill and a bowflex type machine! wooo hooo!

I'm so ready to get rid of the 180s too!! I saw the 170s briefly in December (as in 179.4). The holidays + a week long vacation in Daytona Beach didn't help much. I got back on the wagon last Wednesday at 184.2. This Wednesday, I was at 180.1. As much as I'm dying to weigh in right now, I know I have to wait until Wednesday. I used to weigh myself all the time, but that just got really frustrating, so I try my hardest to only step on the scale once a week. I hope Wednesday gets here soon! ::Fingers Crossed::

Hello everyone, I'm jumping in here as I finally broke into the 180's this week and I can't wait to get out of them already!!!

I've got a lot of things coming up soon, a weekend away for my anniversary then straight off to ski for a week followed by a week with my bf's parents in France so I'm going to have to be extra good as I'll be two weeks away from bathroom and kitchen scales! I've got next wednesday's weigh in to look forward to before I go to Italy and I'm hoping for 188 or less. Fingers crossed and Good Luck to you all

Well it's official. I'm moving on to the 170s. Because of TOM and a new very intense strength training leg work out, I was stuck at 180 for almost two weeks, which hadn't happened to me since I started, but I stayed strong and finally broke through.

I hope (and know) I will see all you ladies in the 170s thread very soon!!

Stagnant. No fun. No loss, no gain, no nothing. I'm so ready to start losing again. We have ramped up our practices, yet I have seen no results. After thinking about it though, I realize my nutrition has definitely been sub par which is causing this. I have been snacking often on bad foods. Need to reset guidelines. Three a day/one snack-which is basically coffee and maybe an apple, piece of string cheese, few chips, or spoon of peanut butter. You get the picture. Also, have decided to limit sweets and eating out. Granted, I have been going on a lot of dates, so I need more planning and built in huge defecit days to account for when I go out and eat. Also, alcohol consumption must be scaled back. I think 1 possibly 2 a week is reasonable but only if accounted for in my plan. Yes, I am back on plan. Watch out, 180's. You are going to be history. Still planning on losing 4 lbs this month. It seems like a lot (since when? lol ppl lose that in a week sometimes) but I can do it properly and then keep that gone. Yes, its go time.

You know this whole 180's thing is really creeping along for me....I weighed 182 this morning...which BTW is my one year anniversary which means I have lost 88 lbs in one year!!!! However I am so over the 180's and I'm looking forward to seeing the 170's very soon!!!

I have been toying with the 180's since march 2009...almost a WHOLE YEAR! Hows that for frustration? But I am (and have been since the new year) Totally recommitted to this...I am ready to get out of the 180's!

Thanks for your kind words guys :-) I weighed 180 this morning, I'm getting kinda excited. I remember weighing 179 when I was about 16. I really don't know what it's like to weigh less than that. It's thrilling, but also kinda scary

Woohoo! Finally at 184, which is one of the lowest weights i remember being at my adult/middle school size...not counting when I had my tonsils out. Also, this wraps up my 4 lb goal for February.I had a pretty big loss for me this week and really hope it wasn't just water, though my food has been really good, I was TOM last week, and I counted drinking atleast 120 ounces of water so...I hope to rule that guy out. lol. I guess the goal for March will be four more lbs and 180 it is!
