SlimBy2011.. I think I've noticed that my weight loss is slower when I'm working out consistently, especially when I lift weights. But the difference that I feel physically is soooo worth it!

missyRxOx - keep your head up! I go through those same feelings pretty much every weekend.. I always end up overeating to the point that I'm sick and embarrassed to even come to 3fc.. so you're not alone. Idk if quotes are you're type of thing, but one that I really like is:
