Hi ladies. I finally hit 188.5 this morning. It'll be a few days before I take it as a correct weight, but... I'LL BE POSTING HERE SOONNNNNN!!! Glad to see you all are making such progress!!!

Ugh. 188.1 this morning. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I know for a FACT I stayed under my points yesterday....my guess is that i has something to do with working out at the gym yesterday, cause this happened last time too. If working out is making me gain, WHY would I want to do it? lol

188 this morning TOM came for one thing and ate more calroies than was planning on about 1800 instead of 1600 this was my up day on calories had a girls night out with my friends did well at applebees i ordered the potabella chicken sandwich with veggies and they put fries on the plate OMG but i didnt touch them had 1 rita but them we went to cold stone and i split a small with a friend to cut down on calories but not be the fat chick that couldnt eat icecream with my skinny friends. So about 200 over and then yesterday i did well and today is right on track.

My body doesn't want to see the 70's. Still 180 today. I did cheat a little yesterday so, I guess it's no shock.

DivineFidelity - Isn't it weird how working out can sometimes seem to slow your weight loss. I started this diet working out, and am losing weight slower than I ever have in my life.

i'm at 190 right now.

i feel sooooooooooooo disgusting/upset/shocked at my binge eating i did the other night on my 'off day'. i shouldn't even post here right now i'll be back when i see myself back in the 180's!!

DivineFidelity - grats on staying within your points & getting to the gym.. you should be proud! Like you and SlimBy2011.. I think I've noticed that my weight loss is slower when I'm working out consistently, especially when I lift weights. But the difference that I feel physically is soooo worth it!


Skinnybride - you're strong! i love ice cream and coldstone is my favoriteeeeee. i have to avoid it like the plague though... not enough self control yet i guess! a big for you!! :]

- keep your head up! I go through those same feelings pretty much every weekend.. I always end up overeating to the point that I'm sick and embarrassed to even come to 3fc.. so you're not alone. Idk if quotes are you're type of thing, but one that I really like is:

Back down to 189.5 today so I'm saying screw the 190s and posting in here from now on!!!

HI GIRLS!!!!!! I joined the gym again last week and I have been 4 out of the past 5 days. Today is the first day of spring break (I work at a middle school) so as soon as I finish my cup of coffee I'm off to the gym again this morning.

I'm going out of town Friday/Saturday so those will be my days off.

182.8 this morning. wasn't expecting that! especially since TOM is here... blah. I got up early to go workout and I'm feeling crampy and icky and I just don't wanna!!! But I'm gonna (though I'll probably pout the whole time).

Hey 180s!

For the last couple of days I weighed in at 186.5. It kind of freaked me out because 4 days ago I was 196. I thought my scale was broken so I went to the gym the next day and used their scale. 186! I was really surprised. I've only been counting my calories for about 1.5 weeks now and roller derby season started a couple of weeks ago so I'm skating at least 5-6 hours a week. Anyway, shocking and strange, but I'm definitely not complaining about the super weight loss in one week.

Anyone have any guesses as to what it could be? Could it have all been water weight? It's crazy to think it's all from exercise. Maybe a combination. hmm...anyway, Hi! I'm darling, and I'm happy to be in the 180s!

Darling - is it post TOM? Have you changed up your workouts? I know you said you started exercising for roller derby a few weeks ago... maybe it was water weight. Maybe with the counting calories and upping the exercise your body started moving again. I've noticed my body does very odd things when I change things up... either way - CONGRATS!!!!!

@feral No, it's pre TOM. TOM comes in a couple of days. Roller Derby is the only thing I've added, and counting calories. If that's what's doing it, then woo hoo! and thanks and congrats to you as well!
