I stayed away from the bords for a little while because I wasn't being on plan and couldn't face the guilt My bf left for Italy on tuesday, so the past couple of weeks have been filled with restaurant meals, nights out, weekends away, days out... lots of booze and good food basically.
The scale was stuck at 187 for three weeks, but I was part of an april challenge and so desperate to get a little closer to my goal, so I've been kicking it since he left and the scale said 184.6 this morning, I squealed and did a little happy jump. I'm much more focused again and I'm totally ready to kick the 180's in the a**!!
I'm at 183.2. Not sure what's going on but I went from 181.8 to 183 and have been at 183 since. Ugh. Sick of seeing that same number. I've upped my calories a bit because I think I wasn't eating enough. Hopefully I'll see a (downward) change soon.
I went to the doctor Wednesday and official weight there was 184. Weighed 182 yesterday and lower today, but I was naughty and drank a few (or 5) beers and ate a bad dinner. Let's hope I don't pay too harshly for it! I'm ready to be out of the 180s!!!
I have made it into the 180's thread- squeaking in at 189.4! Took a little bit longer than I had hoped, but I am hoping my stay here will be only for the month of May!
So I am back after a somewhat briefish hiatus. One thing I am going to start working on right now is diet. I've been stuck here for a while/have been bouncing from 181 to 185 and back and forth and I've realized its because I am totally lax with my diet. Today, right now, I'm going to start tightening what I eat. I've realized I eat wayyyy to much junk food. Not good. I'm going to really try and cut back sweets. That is my biggest problem. Hoping to see results and finish at goal once and for all by August.
Liss - I hear ya honey. Eating this weekend wasn't so fabulous and I don't want to sabatoge myself when I'm sooooo close to the 170s. I weighed in at 180.4 this morning, but am hoping my naughtiness won't catch up to me on Wed (official weigh day).
Wow Feral, seems like you just left the 190's, I finally get here and here you go leaving again! Weigh in today was 187.6, a nice little whoosh, so I am happy about that. I treated myself to some BKE jeans but I hope to be out of them come July 10th! Have a tough road ahead of me for the next 70 days, have to drop as much as I can for my friend's wedding. My original goal for then was 159, but I would need to drop 28 pounds by then (which is a little unrealistc) but I am going to give it all **** anyways.
The bad news is that she chose a bridesmaid dress that only goes up to a 3X, and I am a 6X according to their size chart. I have never worn a 24 in my life, I am in 16's now, but that is what the chart says I need. Not excited about that, but I am ordering the dress in a 3X this week and I will be praying to God that it fits by wedding day! YIKES!
Back up to 182 this morning I know it was my weekend choice yesterday we had lunch around 3 so no supper but i had ribs at applebees. Its ok cause they were SOOOOO good back on track today think i can see 180 in the morning.
Looks like the 180s is giving everyone a hard time. We get so close and then go back up. Don't worry, ladies. We'll get there! I guess increasing my calories helped a little. The scale is finally moving again. I'm back down to 182.2. I'm thinking about hiding my scale until next Monday's weigh-in because bouncing back and then stalling at 183 kinda drove me wacko!

ive been busy for the past couple weeks moving to a different suite inthe house, so i tried to eat as well as i could, but didnt have time to do my 30 day shred and meet that goal but i will make a new one for the month of may!
anyway, i finally hit 186.. the scale said 186.5 this afternoon, so hopefully tomorrow i will see it even lower! im so happy because in 1.5 pounds i'll be the weight i was last year.. and i hope to go lower before i leave for Greece, which i havent seen that weight in YEARS!!!
