170's are making me crazy. As soon as I make progress, one day of bad eating sets me back and then takes a week to get back to where I was. I started posting on this site while in the 170's but I actually started losing weight when I hit 190 and this 170's decade is making me crazy! I have to eat less and less ... and less.

Glad to be taking a step further away from the 180 border!
Lowest I've been in 2010, lowest since September 2009. Now just to keeeeeep on and break that 176/177 barrier I got to last year. And then onwards.
39 days in the 180s
31 days in the 190s
43 days in the 210s. Wow, I didn't realize that had been so long.
Going by averages, I might be 38 days in the 170s. This would take me to December 1st to be 169.9 or less. I promise not to have a tantrum if I don't make that but it's helpful to have a rough idea of the road ahead.

Hello, ladies! I'm headed back to work part time this week after convalescing and am simultaneously putting myself officially back on plan (with a very light exercise component, which is aggravating but necessary).
It wasn't possible to be on an eating plan this past week - in part because I'm still figuring out what I can eat.
So, we'll see what the day brings, and I'll begin weighing myself regularly again soon.
. I've been having HUGE amounts of greens the last couple days to see if that would flush things out. Seems to be working
