I did L1D6 last night. I was sore the first few days in my muscles, but now my knees are killing me, like achy. When I did the jumping jacks yesterday I was cringing with pain. Why would that start now? I am finding that I am not as out of breath as I was the first few days, but it is still definitely as hard. I am doing it with 3 lb weights except for a few of the strength exercises I use 5 lbs weights.

Day 17 done! Only three more days in level 2! I missed one day a few days ago... but since then, I've kept up with it.

L3D1 done. Level 3 is no joke! I had to take a few breaks. Whew!

I need suggestions. When you do the floor exercises, how do you keep your form when you have to turn your head or look up to see the T.V.?

Took today (well, yesterday, the 22nd) off of the Shred. Something I ate didn't agree with my stomach, so I figured jumping around and all that probably wouldn't be the best idea. Instead, I had a delightful nap. Of course, now I'm up and can't get back to sleep

Shred to commence again tonight!

I am having similar problems. I think it'll get better once you know how to do each exercise so you can look away from the screen more. It'll also help once you become more familiarized with the routine. I'm only in level 1, but when I do the push-ups, for instance, I may look up a few times to see how quickly they're going. Other than that, I focus on doing as many as I can with good form.

---

L1D2 done! Tonight was a lot better. The arm exercises were still really tough with weights, but I did them all. I took one short break during push-ups and another during the jumping jacks, but I feel much better about tonight's workout!

Hello everyone. I just started this program. Actually I am doing the slim down rotation. It is 30ds with No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I am on day 3. I found this forum looking for support.
You know that all of these videos are on you tube for free?

Welcome! Please explain your rotation. I am almost done with the Shred but I plan to repeat. I would also like to add more options to my workout.

I have the DVD but I do use the Youtube videos when I only have my iPad available.

My problem is that my calves are so sore in the morning that I find it hard to get out of bed. I have also been waking in the night because I am so sore.
I get super sleepy after the workouts. I guess it is a common problem?

Today was day 4 for me. I almost didn't get it done today. I have been going 90 to nothing all day. I like to workout in the am best I guess.

Do any of you have a husband that is indifferent to you losing weight? I think my hubby likes me curvier than I like myself : (

I'm starting level 2 today. I have only done level 1 for 4 days, however I have done it so many times before hand that it just seems to easy. I am never sore after it. I have also never made it to level 2 since I would get bored, so I am hoping that I actually feel something in level 2!

As for the husband and my weight, mine would not really care. I think if I started to become skin and bones he would say something.
