Michelle - at Big Lots stores. You can find one near you here http://www.biglots.com/store_locator_adv.aspx

Some stores have the stuff already, some are waiting until tomorrow.

You might want to call your local Big Lots store before heading there. Some stores sold out on the first day and some have very limited items. My local store had about 25 scrambled eggs with cheese and about 20 pepper steak dinners and that was it! It was not worth the trip.

Great recovery Kitty! It is so great that you lost even tho you didnt stick to plan last week--but I know you will be very pleased in six days when you see the effects of sticking to the plan--and you are right--when you eat all the food you realized it is really enough food!

Default challenge?

Hi all:

well I have been just okay on eating since being sick--the thing is I just crave juice, particularly pineapple and tangerine which keeps my carbs a bit higher than I want. But I think my body really needs it right nowI am actually eating a little less than normal but without exercise my weight is a tad higher. I am not worried tho--I think a few days with being back to exercise and off the juice and I will be fine.

Lori: you have been so great and consistent--you will definitely keep losing and seeing the results you want! great job!

Take care all and keep going!

Sno

Fluffy - those are pretty good. My favorite chocolate is the regular or mint chocolate crunch bars.

I lost 1.2 pounds this week! Slow and steady wins the race.

I haven't tried the nutrichocolates. There were none in my order. I do love the chocolate crunch. I will definitely be ordering more of those!

Way to go Lori! You are so right, slow and steady. Keep moving forward!

I had a bad day today. I could have gladly chewed my own arm off. It has been really good so far, but I started out hungry and it just went downhill from there. I had all my free foods and some extra salad and 2 herbal teas and a diet coke. So I managed to stay on track, but wow, what a struggle today. I am so tired, so I am going to turn in and hope for a better day tomorrow. I had the granola cereal for breakfast and although it was really good, it didn't seem to keep me very full.

Have a good night, everyone!

Mileigh: I like to mix my granola cereal with yogurt. YUMMMM. : ) Also, even though it was hard, you managed to keep it together. I give you props because when I have a hard day.. oooo boy. Lol.

I'm saving my nutrichocolates and cake that came in my box for a special occasion.

Today my professor is ordering pizza because we have an exam. However, I feel ok with it. Hopefully i'll feel the same when it's infront of me! Lol. I think i'd feel too guilty to even smell it.
I have not cheated ONCE for 3 days straight. and i haven't slept all night studying.. so that means not once did I think of food. Which is amazing. Nutrisystem is really working out for me.. and i'm really adjusting to smaller portions. 3 days down, 4 to go.. I really want to accomplish this silly mini goal! Lol.

Question: I just read on the box of egg whites that.. you should eat them within 10 days. I think i've had the box opened for a little over a week. Am I gonna get a stomach ache? HELP.

How's everyone doin'!?!?!?!?!

Mileigh - I mix the granola with yogurt as well. I mix in one tsp of honey (free food), one cup of chopped strawberries, the yogurt and granola. Yummy! Then you still get your protein/dairy serving with that.
I hate those really hungry days. Sometimes they just happen.

hellokitty - good job staying on plan!! Isn't it amazing how you get used to the smaller portions and realize why you gained weight before?
As far as the egg whites go - can you portion them out and freeze them? That way you can pull out what you need. That is one problem with NS, using 1 ounce of protein and stuff lasts forever and a day!
