I signed the 20lb board today and got my rock. Yay!!! I thought I'd never get to 20lbs. The process is very slow but constant and they tell me that it's good to lose slow? 16 more to go and I'm excited!! I won the Holiday challenge of getting an extra month since I lost 8lbs over the Holidays.
I believe I need that extra month since it is going slow. Everyone stay encouraged this is truly a journey. sexyrene

MRC Mayo Alternative

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

1 Tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar if perferred
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Went and tried on clothes today...we are going to Mexico in March. I can already tell a difference! My tummy is much less puffy (boobs too !). I found three dresses that fit really well already one size down from where I started, so I bought them one additional size down. I'll try them on again at the end of the 30 day return period and we'll see how it's going.

I'm making the Turkey Asian Meatballs from the recipe thread for dinner. They smell so good!

Thank you so much. Has anyone tried this one? Just curious of the two recipes, which everyone seems to like the best. I will give this one a try. The other seems to call for way too much oil.

I have tried it and like it. You can keep it in your refrig longer because it does not have the raw egg in it. Hope everyone is having a great OP week!!

FetchLizzie - 15lbs in 1 month is fantastic and your right 2010 is gonna be a great year!

GoodGirl - How exciting to be going to Mexico...I am sure you will look and feel amazing.

I am on day 2 of the yellow menu and have been doing great. I am taking it slow and not worrying about what I am going to eat next (kind of like someone else posted already). I have been focused on my water intake which is helping to keep me full - 101oz of water both days so far! Going to start incorporating exercise next week. I am going to weigh myself of Friday morning and am hoping for something good!

Here to wishing everyone good weigh ins and to staying OP and focused!!!!!

10 lbs gone today! Hooray!

I tried the Asian Turkey Meatballs from the recipe thread last night. I put them on spaghetti squash to soak up the sauce. They had a good flavor and spice, but I sure do miss my salt shaker. I haven't broken down and splurged on the sea salt yet. Are there any limits on how much you can have per day or is it just common sense?

Yay!!! Way to go! I'm on my way too. I'm down 4 pounds today!
Those meatballs sound delish, I might have to try them as soon as I hit the green menu.

Definately an achievement to be proud of!!! Way to go!
