FYI - next time just grab a pack of almonds and eat 10 of them. (yes, only 10 of them!) Looking at the cookbook, I saw that vegetarians replace chicken with almonds.

Just wondering, in the meantime I might experiment a little, he he.. we'll see how that goes... Thanks
I don't but you have my creative juices going. I can't wait to try and see if I can make one....Chocolate Zucchini is amazing and I think that I could do it. I will report back. This week is SUPER busy with school starting but I will be back.

I wanted to fill everyone in before I leave for Australia.

I haven't been doing well lately. I am stressed about the trip and all the prep it takes. I have had an upset stomach for 4 days and not sure if its stress or??

As of now I am planning to not take any MRC stuff besides my paperwork with me because Australia has super strick customs laws and I don't want to see everything thrown away.

So, the plan is to make the best choices as much as possible and enjoy myself and try and find a health food, sports or vitamin store over there and see if I can find some protein drinks and such. I will also be working out at the hotel's gym as much as I can to counteract the lack of supplements, etc.

I know I will probably gain but this is a once in a lifetime chance so I am going to embrace it and jump back on the horse full speed ahead the day after labor day when normal life resumes.

Good luck to all of you over the next 3 weeks and if I am able to post while I am in Sydney I will.

Daisy....I'm sorry to hear that you are so stressed. I am so jealous that you are going to Austrailia....I just wanted to share this with you. When I went back to ND and knew that I wouldn't be able to stay on plan they told me to just relax and use the preconditioning diet to give myself some leway! You should talk to your center about it but this may take some stress off you!

Have a great time in Australia. Don't stress about MRC, this is one of those moments in life to experience. And when I thought I would not have enough HNS to make it until I was paid, they told me to do the preconditioning menu as well. Keep us updated if you can or post when you get back.

Thanks you ladies... I plan on having all the fun I can while I am there. We called Australia customs last night and turns out I can bring stuff. I will finish putting my pills together and I'm gonna buy concentrates so they are easier to carry and consume. I'll have 78 concentrates and 78 pill ziplocks bags!!! I'll take a pic and post if I can before I leave... should be interesting.

Thanks a bunch for the encouragement and good wishes. I will be thinking of all my MRC sisters every time I suck down a concentrate.

Hey everyone! Just found out I made the August issue of the metobolic newsletter (emetabolic.com) - how fun! Hope everyone is doing well. I haven't been posting a lot - we're now 1 month away from my daughter's wedding, so we've been super busy!!

I updated my avatar...please excuse my messy home. This is what I look like now. More than the last avatar that was at goal after Round 1 but I wanted to share.

Oh and if my home scale is right tomorrow at WI I should be at 181!!! Oh.....I do hope it is right!
