Default PM/Marbear

Hello Chickies, congrats to all loser, maintainers, and all the rest like me.

stiesta - You speak so much wisdom and knowledge for such a young woman. Keep it coming for I need to hear it whether it applies to me or not.

I sent a PM to Marbear, so far I haven't received an error message or response from Marbear.

Green0923 - You are my SHERO. What can I say. When I grow up and get back on track I want to accomplish great weight loss like you. Keep it up!

I'm on day 8 of a 30-day colon cleanse called Colonix by Dr. Natura. The cold/sinus/headache problems that I've been having is gone without antibiotics. I'm going 4-5 times a day and I'm a happy camper. YIPPEE Maybe with all of the crap out of the way, I can start fresh and lose some pounds.

Catch you all later. Must go back to page 46 or 47 and finish reading.

"All of the crap" Hehehehe...Okay, so I am still 13 at heart.

Bre- The six week challenge is a 6 week plan Angelica posted to lose a few extra lbs. It is basically TO for 2 days, 1 shake a day instead of a starch and protein for 12 days, and 2 days of regular OP eating, repeating the entire cycle 3 times. I decided to try it because I have fallen below my 2 lb a week mark, and I need to get my average back up, because I will make my goal by the end of June.

Just got back from the center and have changed my ticker to show the higher weight of .6. I was up to 199 earlier this week, but waited till the weight was lower before going in. They suggested not doing that & said I should have come in on Mon after my bad weekend and it would have helped me get back on track. I promised I would go into the center three times next week. I bought the reduce plus to see if it will help any in my inches. I was going to buy the excel but couldn't believe how expensive it is. I'm off to color the bottom of my DD hair to bright red. Chat later.

Well you noticed I wasn't going to change it when my home scale had me much higher earlier. I only change it good or bad to what the center shows. Then when I lose more weight it will feel good to change it again. I'm with you guys though do what works best for you

Thumbs up WI = Down 2 lbs!

Hey there, ladies!

Bre, you're so sweet, thank you! Like I said, it makes it easier to lose fast when you have so much to lose. Which is good, or I think I'd get VERY uninspired.

sznn, I'm not much help. I don't do the bars, so I'm not sure what sucralose tastes like?

Barb, you look incredible! And NOWHERE NEAR your age! I can't believe you have grandkids!

Dairy & Katie, that's cute about your DH's. Mine has been kind of cute lately too. He keeps telling me he can't find my butt (which is a giant joke, because I'm sure you can imagine the big ol bootie on me! But at least it's a lot smaller now!).

Karen, it's so great that you keep posting. You are SUCH an inspiration to me! It's so nice to see how successful you have been!

Deets, I'm sorry the darn scale is not being nice. But like you said, the inches say the most! And man, to go from 18 to a 4, that's incredible!

space, I also have a Tanita, but not like the one at the COD. It's a good scale. Very consistent. Mine tracks weight loss, too. Bought it for like $50 on ebay.

Norissa, I love that pic of you. It's so pretty!

rebeca, you definitely sound busy enough with kids! And I agree with you -- wait til you guys are ready and certain before you start kids. Cuz there's no going back!

Boo'smom, that sucks about the "wall." I know it must be frustrating -- esp when you see DH losing like crazy! I'm sending "plateau ending dust" your way.

Suzanne, I also have a problem with sleep. I get anxious about work (or any stress in my life) and wake up at 3:30 AM like clockwork. I don't fall back asleep, and then am exhausted by bedtime. Maybe I should try some xanex?

Denise, this is an addicting group, isn't it? Sorry your boys have a stomach virus. We are all getting over a pretty bad cold, here. Sucks. Drainage like crazy!

As for me, I am THRILLED to report a loss of 2 lbs today! That makes 6.6 lbs since last Friday!!! I am in shock -- because it's TOM. So, my guess is that for some reason, I was retaining water last week, and it is all shedding this week. I'm not complaining!

Hopefully I'll be able to check in this weekend. We are having tornadoes here in Tennessee, so we'll see! Have POP Weekends!

I must say the 6 week challenge is working for me ladies!! I went to COD this am. I went 3 weeks ago and I was down 10 from then!! They had me at 168.8.3 weeks ago it was 178.2.Soooo I am wondering what is up with my scale at home, its new!!! I did strip my pants at weigh in today though. Anyways I am happy about the 168.8 but I am not changing my ticker just yet.

Angelica - I am curious.
Is the 6 wk challenge something you have conjured up - or was it prescribed by your COD??

I went to Yahoo Groups. The LAWL one and in their files they have the LAWL plan on there someone got off the internet then put it in this file. I was looking through it about 2 weeks ago and it had the 6 week challenge in it.So I have been folling that. When I went to COD today and she looked at my diary she said that was why I have lost that much weight is because of the slim downs. That is problen just the COD talking just so they can sell more slimdowns, lol. It has worked for me and I find that after I have done slimdowns in the past if I dont drink them for awile I dopnt gain the weight back I lost.It just helps me lose it quicker.I am trying to lose my weight to goal soon because I want to go another 10-20 pds and I want to do that with my original weeks. I dont want to have to buy anymore.
