If I was going to do Red without lites what would I add (1P, 1/2S ?) or would I just do Purple without lites.
My Sister In Law wants to try LAWL but does not have a center near her.
Let me know

would you normally be on purple or red if you were with lites?
W/o lites, I thought you never go below purple, but I know katie is on Blue, so it is kind of hard to get an exact science on that stuff

I am on the Purple with lites, but my Sister In Law weighs less than 200 so I am assuming that she would be on the plan right below Purple. Am I right?

On blue you get 2 1/2 P, 3 S, 3 V, 3 F, 1 D, 1 Fat, and the proteins are 6 oz of chicken and 4 oz of beef.

So can I assume that she would probably be on the Blue plan if she is under 200 by a little?

most people go from purple to gold. blue is kind of reserved for special cases (swing shift workers are one I know of) it is when you need a little more than gold because you have things going on in your life kind of. I think gold starts around 185-190ish

I don't know if I am on blue because I don't do the lites, or because I am insulin resistant?

Hello Everyone I hope everyone is having a POP day.
Reading the post about the colored plans has got me a little confused. Does anyone know the weight requirements for each plan. My center moved me from gold to purple when I opted not to do the lites does that sound right?

My February goal is to lose 4 lbs! At the end of February I'll move on to stabilization regardless of my weight. I did not lose ANY weight the entire month of January (went up/down 2 lbs whole month). I am now 1 lb heavier than before Christmas. So a 4 lb loss would make me happy.
My other goal is to continue to run 3 miles, 4 times a week and do 100 crunches as well.

Tee -I was also moved from gold to purple when I decided not to do lites. It just gives you more food to make up for the calories that the lites would have.
Then I moved up to Blue due to my exercise. So seems I'm doing LAWL backwards....gold to purple to blue - crazy!

Great goals Kim - Hopefully you will get that 4 lbs off this month!!! That is weird that they moved to to less food for exercising......I thought purple had more food than blue?? from the above conversations.
Shennie - I thought beef on gold was 4 oz not 5? Which one is correct? Just want to make sure....
