Hi Everyone!! Great job on the exercise; I"m still unsure what I should be doing (I have over 100lbs to loose, and the scale has not been fair to me. I went off program this weekend and today is the first truely good day I have had; I signed upon fitday.com and my gosh I love it!! You dont realize how quickly the calories add up

Anyways, I did eliptical for 10 minutes, then light weight training for 15 minutes (squats / arms / legs) and then a cross trainer for 25 minutes (before the gym closed).

Has anyone done circuit training? My gym has this on Friday morningand I was thinking about trying it --

I'd love to have 90 minutes on an eliptical . .. my treadmill broke last year so I joined the gym instead; I'm thinking about purchasing an eliptical instead to have at home vs. the gym; but I have been enjoying the swimming too.

Do you guys work out when it is TOM? I usually don't because I feel so crappy and tired. But when I do I notice I usually can loose a pound or two. I guess my question is whether there is any correlation to that or is it just coincidence. Do we burn more calories when it is TOM? Is it worth pushing myself when I don't feel good?

60 min on treadmill

Lisa, I don't know if we burn more on TOM, it would make sense as our body is working harder than normal...I usually work out on TOM because for me I don't feel good unless I do. I am much less crampy when I exercise.

I do a 50 minute cuircut training class .. I may not be walking tomorrow -- It was good though, really worked my heart rate up and sweated a ton. I was 10 min late to class (had to drop DS at pre-k) but it was good.

OMG I can not remember the last time I did situps .. .
