I did Crunch Fat Burning Yoga today-I so did not want to-but I kicked myself in the butt and did it anyway. It was actually easier today, and I feel way better.
BL #2 today, next Monday I am going to get up 20 minutes ealier and combine BL #3 Toning and Sculpting with #2 High intensity cardio. I think I am ready to step it up. Hope so!
I really want to be jogging by May. That means that I have got to keep pushing myself pretty hard on the BL stuff first, so that I can be ready. It helps that I am mad about some EMIL crap, so I worked out some frustration with Bob this morning!

Take it easy with EMIL... Is good to release stress with excercise, especially that part on BL#2 when you are doing the "boxing punch", imagine that you are punching someone you don't like in the face, I bet you that you will have some fun doing it that way!

This morning I decided to try something different. I walked to the end of my road and jogged back twice. It took about a half an hour, and I was wildly proud of myself. I have not been able to run that far in 10 years. Then I came home and did BL#3. Now I am so tired. Hoping the coffee will kick me back into high gear!
