Wow Julia, you are awsome. I really want to start doing 2 at a time. Today is felt better and srtonger than I ever have doing the high intensity cardio. Maybe soon I can start pairing #3 with it.

Today- BL #2

Yesterday- No chance to exercise, helped DH spray 2 truck bed liners all day. I must have worked hard though, because I was aching when I went to bed last night.

Well--I am pretty sure this is the first time I've posted over here. I haven't exercised in a while but I am back on the wagon. ANYTHING to jump start this metabolism that doesn't want to let me lose!!

Slim in Six (SS)--Start it Up (yes, back to baby steps!) Hopefully by the weekend I'll be back to Ramp it up.

Oh, NSV to add-I could finally tell I have lost since today was the first time when doing abs I could see straight down my body instead of staring at my own gut!! Felt pretty good--how easy am I to please??

Katie ~ I'm feeling it today by doing BL1&3 yesterday, Bob really kicked my butt! So far today I've done BL1 and I'm going to try to make myself go to Contours tonight (figured if I posted it I'd be more likely to do it).

Everyone have a POP day!

Thanks, sorry to have asked again on the Friends and Losers thread...I see you answered

I did the BL bootcamp for the first time last night too. my DH was dying with the 5lbs...i was luck with the 2lbs. but still cannot do all the push-ups without being on my knees. I wished there was more of an Abs section on the boot camp.

I need some deciphering help - what is "BL"? I am thinking it's Biggest Loser, but not sure.

Did the elliptical for 20 minutes tonight and last night. There is a "Sprint8" program that I use - it is basically HIIT. This program really gets me working hard very quickly - 8-30 second high-intensity intervals!
