Like I said in the other thread I got my butt handed to me today and it felt pretty darn good--when it was over. I decided to try the phase 2 today to see how much I could hang with him--did pretty good. It's basically the same stuff just much faster so a lot more reps but the total time added was only 10 minutes. Before the last stretch he does a MAX pushup and MAX squats where you do as many as you can in 1 minute--WHEW!!! That's where he got me but you're just thinking--it's ONLY a minute.... UGH.
Anyway--I know you guys are probably sick of me posting here but I am trying to stay accountable--to me--but if you see a day (except Sunday--rest day) that I don't post here jump my butt cuz I need it! LOL. I even printed a calendar and posted it in my closet and put big shiny smiley face stickers everyday with which program I did. It's a 90 day program and I REALLY want to stick it out. I measured at the center when i started and want to measure again every 30 days for progress. My weight may stay the same but surely the inches cannot!
Yeah Kristi--I'll sure do what I can to get you going! Gotta say--when the alarm clock went off at 5:30 this AM it was hard rolling outta bed but that will be the case when school starts (training all day today--duh). Once I was up and moving I was so happy I did--love putting my stickers on my calendar--LOL.
