Power 90 (Sweat-Cardio)--40 minutes.

I love this guy and I thought he'd kill me today--well I am happy to report that he was much nicer today than he was almost 30 pounds ago!! I haven't done this DVD in over 6 months and it wasn't nearly as tough as I remembered.

Didnt exercise thursday or friday but I thought starting off with 3 days last week was good im gonna go to 4 days this week !!!

Been sick with bronchitis for the last week, and the doc says I have another 1-2 weeks to go - will continue the exercise when it improves and I can breathe without all the meds.
