Kawaii1002, great job one the loss, that is amazing in 10 weeks. I read a quote the other day that kind of stuck with me. It said "it takes 4 weeks for you to notice a difference, 8 weeks for family and close friends, 12 weeks for the rest of the world." I really believe this, so keep going, everyone will start noticing soon.
So proud of everyone on the boards! Keep up the good work.
Open Strawberry wafers, place piece of parchment paper on plate, then put wafers on plate.
"Frost" each wafer with 2 tablespoons of Chocolate Dip.
Place in freezer until dip is completely frozen.
I'm guessing that while you can eat both of these wafers in one day, you shouldn't probably eat them one after the other since that is all servings of WF products, and the coaches at my center have said that you should spread out any WF's products and not do both servings at once. I haven't tried it yet, but I bought the chocolate dip so that I could give it a try since one of my go to snacks is the wafers..
Thinking it would be good to have one for a morning snack, and the other for dessert....

Thank you Kawaii1002, great receipe post, I will try. I started IP on October 20, 2013 and have lost 24.5 as of today with was 6 weeks. I have had some temptations with Christmas baking at work and Christmas party. Looking for support and inspiration from others that started in Oct 2013.

Your story is such an inspiration.
That sounds pretty yummy. I am craving something sweet today so bad but, have nothing at all here to eat that is sweet. I was having a quest bar in the evening as a snack with tea but decided to cut it out and see if my losses improve. Last week they did but man am I craving something other than meat and veggies.
Hey all, had my WI, donated 4.4lbs to the bank this week! I met the challenge for christmas, exceeded by 3.8lbs, AND I met my first "mini-goal" of being below 340. For the first time ever recorded as an adult.. 340 was the lowest I got after my gastric bypass in 2000. Coming from a start as high as I did, (originally at 642) 337 is totally awesome! I'm so excited.. actually got a little teary eyed in the meeting room with my coach today. She did too, it was (and still is) a little surreal. In 10 weeks (of living on protocol) I've donated 58.2lbs... that's almost 6lbs a week..
YAY!!!!! I can do this. Thanks to EVERYONE here for helping me stay motivated and on track. Special thanks to slipfree for showing me (even if you didn't know you did) how to plan for social events. Those early weeks when you were planning for your charity tea and such really showed me how to remained focused and dedicated to protocol.
Sooo 38lbs until my next goal.. "Twoderville" (it's the town next to Onederland).. Keep up the great donations everyone.. I believe in every last one of you!!!
I am down 4.4lbs this week, must be a good week since 3 of us have lost the same amount! I want to lose another 5.8 before Christmas to meet one of my mini goals(onederland), so I have 2 weeks do get it done. I feel like I am sooooo close now, before I started IP I thought I would never get there again. I have not seen wonderland for 10 plus years. Hope everyone has a good loss this week as well.
I just realized I can get weighed on a normal scale!!!! I don't have to go to the special room with the "fat people" scale... Is this a NSV, or a SV??? Lol
