I've tried all their ISO-100 powders and some of their Elite Gourmet and probably like gourmet chocolate, cookies & cream, and vanilla the best. Probably in that order. Peanut butter is good (I think it's a Fusion 7 flavor not sure if it has AP in it). Banana and piña colada are just ok. The berry one I really disliked, but some people love it, so you'll have to judge for yourself. I think you're safe ordering chocolate and c&c.

I always mix them with water - about 8oz and they have been great. I have one at breakfast, and one at lunch with my veggies. They work ok for a snack too if you need it.

I know dymatize probably isn't perfect, but it's one of the best i've tried in taste and nutrition.

Good luck.
The ISO-100 taste pretty good. I'm quite happy with my purchase. I've had it for both breakfast and lunch today without any stomach pains so I now have a suitable post-workout protein. Thanks again!

It could be the Monday blaaaaaasssssss!

I alway drink about 16 oz of water, and sometimes that's all I need for a major boost. In fact when I am hungry I do the same thing. Sometimes it is all I need.

I'm at 80oz for the day already and I'll probably have at least 2 more bottles between now and bedtime (16.9oz each). No hunger just can't seem to move at more than a shuffle.

I have every day off so Mondays don't really mean diddly to me (other than the wife is home today so throwing my whole daily routine off).

Hey guys! Well today just put one month in the IP "books" for me!! WI #4 tomorrow because we had a holiday here in Ontario.

I have to say it has been one awesome, crazy ride so far! I expect to finish off the month down 25lbs. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever expect that I could do it. I gotta say I'm pretty damn proud of myself! I haven't done a real cheat this whole month. Not a piece of pie, cake, donut, burger not even a cookie! Even while my family was mowing down on McDs I quietly "George Foremaned" my veggies and pork skewers! My motivation was keeping my eye on the prize and now it is getting to be possible!

I've taken a pic with the same shorts on every Monday since this thing began and although it is only 4wks the difference between day 1 and day 28 is pretty significant. The one biggie that everyone mentions is my face. In high school my face was pretty slender but has gotten puffy and wide over the years. Now it is getting skinny again so people do a bit of a double take. Also my clothes are starting to hang off me. I've already put 2 pairs of 1 month old jeans up in the closest and am having issues with some jeans I used to wear a few years ago. I think I'm going out this weekend to try on some 38s!!! That would be high school stuff for me. My 42s were snug a month ago.

Thanks for letting me puff out my 4" less chest. This whole experience has been surreal so far and I feel so great and full of energy. Thanks for all your support on this forum. I can't wait to reach my goal but somehow it will almost be a let down, although the real challenge of staying there will be the next thing!!

Leadedge - Congrats on the One Month Milestone. I'll be there on Friday but my coach is going to be gone for the next 10 days so I'm doing my 4th WI tomorrow also. I haven't had as much success as you (but I've been 100% OP as well) but it's still coming off so I'm going to hang in there for the long haul. We're going to Ireland in Aug and I plan to be well established in Phase 4 by that time.

No problem. Sure glad you enjoy it! I just got another order myself. I still like the chocolate best, but the others are good. Pretty impressive protein powder overall if you compare to others.

Great job! I know the feeling of being on plan for a month and not having a single cheat. 100 percent on plan…

But cheats happen, this is my story of defeat.

We (Wife and I) made it to day 46 and had our first major cheat. We were invited to a fund raiser by good friends of ours who son got killed in Afghanistan. I was one of the influences in his life that talked him in to the Marine Corps, how could we say no? You see all those people with horrific wounds, and wheel chairs and our emotion got the best of us. When they served dessert after passing up wine, appetizers, potatoes..., a small scoop of ice-cream with some strawberry sauce was placed on our table while I was engaged in deep conversation with some doctor who says the reason he is moving out of Illinois to Texas is because he pays 80k a year in mal-practice insurance, in Texas he will only pay 12k....I don't know how that ice-cream got through my force-fields and the complete expenditure of all my photon torpedoes and lasers, but somehow that vile sugar/fat made it down into the internal parts of my ship wrecking havoc. I know it knocked me out of ketosis, cuz I am pee-ing on the sticks. Watch yourselves men, food and temptation are everywhere!

Week 4 WI today. It was a short week as my coach is going to be out of town for the next 10 days so only 4 days since my last WI. -2 for a total of -15 since the start. Home scale and clinic are almost the same so I'll probably check mine on Friday to give me an official 4 week total.

I had my official first month, 4th WI, on Friday. Down 32.5 lbs in 30 days! Pretty incredible diet. I am now incorporating 30 mins of either walking or stationary bike a day. Everyone seems to be doing great! Lets keep it going!

Down another 3lbs today. Not much of a change in fat/muscle but I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel now that my body fat % is in the 20's (29.6%). I plan to start phasing off after I drop another 10%.

I'm taking a mini-vacation back to Austin, TX. My office is there but I work remote in DC. I can't wait to poke my head in this week to say "hi". I last visited in July, about 75lbs heavier.

Have some low carb goodness at Rudy's and Salt Lick for me. (Can you go there and east just a few ounces of that amazing smoked meat?) I'll enjoy it vicariously from long distance.

Yeah, a trip to Salt Lick is certainly in my future this weekend

Rudy's is awesome (the original one is about 15 miles from my house). I just can't bring myself to go there since the creamed corn would be more carbs than I'm allowed in a week and I couldn't pass it up.

My favorite was always their breakfast burritos. It was hard working so close to the Rudy's on 183, lol.
