I've tried all their ISO-100 powders and some of their Elite Gourmet and probably like gourmet chocolate, cookies & cream, and vanilla the best. Probably in that order. Peanut butter is good (I think it's a Fusion 7 flavor not sure if it has AP in it). Banana and piña colada are just ok. The berry one I really disliked, but some people love it, so you'll have to judge for yourself. I think you're safe ordering chocolate and c&c.

I always mix them with water - about 8oz and they have been great. I have one at breakfast, and one at lunch with my veggies. They work ok for a snack too if you need it.

I know dymatize probably isn't perfect, but it's one of the best i've tried in taste and nutrition.

Good luck.
Thanks, I went ahead and ordered them. It has sucralose which isn't great but as far as IP protocol goes, they use it in almost everything. It's a pretty good price for hyrdolyzed whey.

Hey guys, and gals. I'm back down to 142 from my peak of 146.8 from over-doing Mardi Grass a little. LOL It's Tuesday and I got up at 5:30 to have coffee, see the partner rush off to work...now I get to go back to bed!! I love having a day off in the middle of the week.

Hey dudes! I took Kits advice and went with the laxative tea. It is fantastic! Here in Canada it is called Lee's Dieter's Tea for Body Balance. Just a cup at bedtime (it is decaf) and it works like magic!

FAT TUESDAY IS HERE! I have been known to inhale large quantities of all sorts foods on this day in the past.

Me thinks I will just stick with the IP plan.
----
Those looking to indulge this Fat Tuesday won't have a problem in places like Detroit and Chicago, where bakeries across the city sell mouthwatering and lard-filled Polish doughnuts in honor of Pączki Day. But for those who want to celebrate the day dedicated to a doughnut while practicing restraint, things can get a little tricky.

While New Orleans might kick off the Catholic fasting season of Lent with the huge party known as Mardi Gras, those in the Detroit area, as well as Chicago, Cleveland and other cities in the U.S., celebrate the beginning of Lent by chomping down on a special type of doughnut called a pączki. The high-calorie fried treats filled with jelly originally come from eastern Europe and have gained popularity in Metro Detroit thanks to the region's Polish community.

"Mmmm, doughnuts." Homer Simpson

Since I don't want to look like Homer any more I'll stay OP.

Valentine’s day coming up on Thursday. No box of chocolates for the Sweetie this year! Actually with our WI on Wednesday evening, and the Grand kids staying with us Friday-Sunday, taking my soul mate out for dinner on Thursday was very challenging. All the restaurants that I know that are IP friendly were booked. So researching menus, calling and asking how vegetables are cooked was very time consuming, but I finally found one for Thursday at the right time!

Belt moved in a notch today, but scale has barely moved this week.

I am having a hard time holding back with exercise. Today every muscle in my body was saying “Let’s go!” “No Pain, no gain”, “Pain is good, sever pain is severely good!”

What is that line in the original Star Wars? “Stay on target”, “Stay on target”….

I've been doing very light treadmill work twice a week. However, my kid had a hockey practice after the big snow storm we had on Friday and because we had only a few show the head coach decided to run a scrimmage players vs coaches for 50 min! I usually just stand around yelling at kids and running drills but now I had to actually skate! Needless to say I was wolfin' down a protein bar as soon as we got home. That and all the snow blowing is giving me plenty of a workout!

That is why it is a four letter word "work".
It has just been a crazy day here also, the boss is doing the "dash" diet. One of my inspectors is doing IP and she is less than 4 pounds from her goal and another one is on South Beach, not a pizza to be found.

I have my WI in a few hours. 2 hours 5 minutes to be exact. I don't think I am going to pass you. I know you have been worried about it, but the scale barely moved this week.

Back to the salt mines....

The key is too, keep trucking. I know me and the scale have talks each morning. I will stay the same for a couple of days and then it moves. I do not have a WI this weekend. I will just have to keep track at home. The nice thing is the clinic scale weighs 2-3 pound less than mine at home. So, it has been till this morning that mine matches the clinics. But, it is working.

Down 1.6 pounds, but it knocked me into the 260's. Coach was looking at the fancy scale and knew I had been exercising to excess. Well Yea it was one of those week. Heavy wet snow needed shoveling, my 1 hour boot camp last Thursday, on my feet and walking for four hours at the Chicago Auto-show, Boot camp again on Tuesday and I knew my weigh in numbers were going to be crap so I snuck in some class let left me dripping in sweat and fighting the urge not to black out yesterday--not smart. Yea I am exercising too much. So this week my plan will be to scale that way back and stick to plan.
