I also slice an apple put cinnamon on top of it and cook it in the microwave for a minute or so and pour that on top of the yogurt. That thins it out some too. I hate runny yogurt!

I'm in my second week of maintenance, and its going well. I actually lost a pound last week (I was up one during phase 3), so I'm back to where I was before Ph3.

I use the whey that I strain off in my homemade bread, so it packs an extra punch!
Awesome!!! I add s/f tornado as well, but I also add some of the whey back in to smooth it out a bit, esp if I strained it too long and it's extra thick! I made a batch and it didn't work out one time, I felt my starter was too old. Go figure. I make 1-2 batches a week! Awesome job on maint!!!! You are amazing in what ouve accomplished!!!!

Newpath - congrats on goal!!! Your pickle story had me LOL :-D

Mompattie - awesome at your Thanksgiving!!! I've been giving some thought to how this will go this year at the holidays. Much of the festivities are at my house, so I can easily have my IP friendly foods available. It won't be easy for sure, but I've had my fill every year of my life at the holidays. I think this year will be the one time I stick with my plan and work toward my goal. All those favorites will be there next year, in moderation.

Love the WWWD bracelet idea, I'd totally wear one!!!

Your girls are absolutely beautiful!!! Sunshiny little sweet souls!!! You will do fine Thanksgiving!!! Put your mind to it, decide, then do it. You will be so happy!!!

I'm soooo tired and can't read all the posts but I really want to try the yogurt you're making mompattie -- can someone redirect me to the post or give me directions on that one? Sounds yumilicious!

Hi everyone, been a busy day here too. I did just add in my pictures from the start of IP 4 weeks ago and the ones we took tonight. I have stayed 100% OP for the full time and plan to continue until we go on our cruise. I will go right back on track the day we get back. I am quite pleased with my results and am so thankful for all the support here. Thanks everyone!!!

Hi everyone. I haven't had much time to be on so I have some catching up to do. Had my WI on Monday and lost another 4.4 lbs this week. Was 150.6 so only .6 lbs from my goal and over 81 lbs lost since April 23rd! I am going to lower my goal to 132 which will make it an even 100 lbs lost. Love IP!

It is! And it's a perfect for phase 3 and phase 4 breakfasts, and waaaay cheaper than buying it in the store. I use organic nonfat milk to make mine. I'm making a batch today. I go through a couple of batches a week.

I can't wait to get to phase 3 so I can have yogurt again! I might have to make this for the kids this weekend. They both love yogurt.
