Today is my week 6 WI and I lost 2.2 lb. I wish it had been a little more so I could have been in the 180's, but I'm happy with this number. Hopefully next week I'll see the 180's. If not, I'll happily keep going.

Kay where in Ms are you so I can come kick your tail for wanting to lose more than 2lbs.....lol.....many of us would KILL for 2lb loss..ME included....lol

good morning chicks, rainbow is smoking hot way to go. And pattie you are helping me to stay strong, good for you getting back w your coach, I know I just really love my coaches, they are very careing and upbeat, I look forward to seeing them every week. And Kay HELLO 2.2 lbs is awesome, just keep that up and see what happens.
Well I'm off to see my coaches today and am hoping for some good numbers, last week was a a little bit small but now it's Tom, but I'll take whatever comes as long as its down, I'll be right back to let you all know.
