A coach measured me but I can't remember how many inches I lost. Oh well I guess it doesn't really matter. I know they are coming off.

Got a few new packets this week, tomato basil soup and the potato purée. I'll have to give those a try.

You guys have a great weekend!!
Tomato basil soup is good with a little hot sauce. I mix mine a little weaker than the packet says. I find it a little thick

Just trying to see if my photo will attach. I have gone from 58" pants to 42".

I may take a break for a few weeks in October. I am not sure I can stay 100% on plan while I go moose hunting. I may just try an atkins low carb kind of thing. After this much time on plan it will be different. Not sure exactly how to handle it

Hey Vet! Great news on the BP! Did your town get the whole situation settled yet as to keeping the police force? Hope it works out well for you...
Not losing and not gaining...it happens!
I weighed this morning (should not have) and I am up 4lbs since I weighed Monday. WTF! I figure its water retention...too much salt yesterday (ham for dinner)...have not been using the restroom like normal...and I know I ate more ham then I was supposed to. Had a mental malfunction and that damn fork found its way into my mouth! Not figuring it as a cheat...just a "malfunction" of the mental unit! haha!
Strict again today and back to business...hopefully water weight will be gone tomorrow and having used the Mag07 cleanser this morning, should be able to grab my new edition NRA Rifleman (just arrived) as reading material for a restful visit to the latrine!
Keep on forging ahead vet!

Glad to see your doing ok. Some times your brain needs a break when things get stressfull. I know when I slowed down it gave my body time to catch up with my loss.

Crash! Awesome photos, I saw them a while ago but did not put two and two together. Did you find a hunting coat? I have a few on a coat rack in the basement.

Jake you are making me hungry . Actually not really. I had my IP H&C omelette with a cup of mushrooms and I'm having a black coffee now. I packed a good IP lunch today, a little lean pork from a few nights ago and my chicken ala king. I also brought a new bag of GNC AMP protein shake mix in to work today. It is strawberry and a little too sweet for me. I need to stick to chocolate and vanilla. I only take one scoop of it not the three it suggests, sometimes I do two scoops but at three scoops it has 7g carbs and 60g of protein! Too much for me and it tastes great with one scoop. I take two scoops when I use a 20 ounce blender bottle.

Nahh the BS at work is getting worse. But I can control my weight and I need to focus on that. Going camping this weekend with my Webelo 2 Den. We were invited to go with the Boy Scout Troop, pretty cool. It will be cold in Victory, VT this weekend but it will be a blast.

I saw some family I've not seen in over a year and had several great complements, it felt good.

Thanks brother. Doing okay, just have not been working it. Stayed low carb but have not been eating much IP, still using a bar a day and protien shakes. But need to get focused again so I can hit some more goals.

I can't wait to see the ticker move to the point that I have LESS than 100 pounds to loose! That will be an emotional day for me. And I still want to break out of 300's and into the 200's by Halloween. I still think of myself as 430 not 330, I catch myself thinkinkg that as I step on the scale. My scale is analog and it reads to something like 290 or 300 then continues to weigh you but you need to know the 100's you're in so I am really just looking at the #30.

Good too see you around Vet, I was actually going to text you to check on you today if I didn't see you around. Staying low carb and not gaining nor losing is a good thing. This week the scale for me showed a very LOW number .2 I am ok with that though, I know the inches are coming off quick now. You will have that Less than 100 on your ticker soon enough. Hang in there, you are doing great!

Jake, up 4lbs??? yea I would say water retention big time! I hate those kinda days but then we know we aren't doing anything different so it has to be that!

VET you can make twoberville by Holloween no doubt. Seen you move the scale way faster than that when you put your mind to it.

usmcvet. I will stick with the old coat and a lighter one that never used to fit for this year. Next year I will look for a new suit. I would like to go down another 40lbs so I don't want to throw $600 in a new suit right now. Unless I get down to states and hit basspro or gander mountian.
